I have one the flowered and has a dry stem now. How do I go about trimming it or do I just leave it alone?

So... If this is an example of respecting the root system, could the same protocol apply to an angraecum? I have a sesquipedale that is both about to bloom and outgrow its pot and have heard they "hate" having their root system disturbed. I would really like to give it space to thrive, but I would also like a bloom this winter. Do you think it's possible to repot it AND have it bloom this year?

I would let it flower first then repot to be safe. If it's not wrapped it's roots too tight and you can unpick it without damaging the roots then you may be able to shift it. Angraecum sesquipedale seem to have a strong constitution when flowering size.

I had a this species a few years ago and it would not grow for me. I figured my environment was too hot.
