ARE THERE ANY COMPLETELY NON COMBATANT CIVILIANS IN ISRAEL AGED 17 YEARS TO 90 YEARS OLD?
I ASK THIS QUESTION BECAUSE SINCE 1948 , ISRAEL HAS ACTIVE POLICY OF COMPULSORY CONSCRIPTION OF EVERY MAN WHO REACHES 18 YEARS AND EVERY WOMAN WHO REACHES 17 YEARS OF AGE TO SERVE IN IDF FOR 5 to 7 years and then either continue or become Reserve (can be recalled any time for active duty) but keeping constantly in state of readiness ( like American National Guard who are a paramilitary but civilians corps have regular monthly combat exercises with live munitions) so are there any non uniform non combat ready civilians who have never killed any human being or trained to do so or is about to go for training or is training to take human life privately as in rifle clubs, sharp shooting matches etcetera?
Because as the statistics show there are no pure civilians in Israel Jewish Population. 🤔😯🤫😡
