@perksoflivingvlogs6219 Not specifically for flood, but they basically are my macros backwards. Flood writes estimates from the ground up, whereas I do it the opposite from the roof down.
I’m not sure what you mean by extensive, but I have most items that would ever be on the roof included in the macro. You just remove the ones that are not on the roof.
I just ordered the your macros and I am having trouble loading the macros? I unzipped the file and it opened as an XTML document. I have Windows 11. Can you send instructions on how to install the macros?
Greetings Daniel, I am very interested in purchasing your macros. (What a great deal!) Quick question though, I see this video was uploaded a while ago, When was the last time your macros was updated? Thanks!
@adriano5061 The macros have the basic line items in them that rarely ever change. I believe these macros will be good for many decades. Every quarter the insurance companies tweet their policies and their estimating guidelines change slightly. Therefore there are constant minor changes to my estimates over time, using my macros. One you are familiar with macros, you will be using mine for the major part of your estimate and adding minor adjustments to make them personal for you and the carriers you work for. I am sure you will not be disappointed.
I just got a message from Xactimate help and you would need to send me the MCX version as the RAR version will not transfer They are saying the file I have is not available in Xactimate Please help If you could send me the correct version would be appreciated Thank you
Daniel, liking the vids. Question, IM a newer adjuster, 2 plus years, got the basics I think, BUT, Im wondering if youde be available for hire, to assist/ train or, review claim and estimate when Im stuck, for a fee? Trying to build a few resources of people I can reach out to quickly to help me close claims. If so, what fee etc.. thank you
Thanks for your question. Are you a Producer? The reason I am asking is that, don't you have a file reviewer that is overlooking your claims that you turn in? If not, we can discuss this option for you.
@@danieltheadjuster I have management But I am wanting just the equivalent of a veteran adjuster to help do claims when needed Meaning Can’t find the line item Ir even how to estimate certain damages There really is zero training for this within companies I need done one to help review snd justvguide now and then Rather that. @@nomadicrecovery1586 Yes, that makes sense. I guess I take for granted the 20+ years I have in construction. Sure, I could look at the estimates for you. Great suggestion for your is to buy my macros. I know that sounds cheesy, but the lines items are laid out in the macros, that insurance companies are looking for. It also helps to lay out a description of the rebuild process when damage is present. I have had a lot of positive feedback from my macros. It might help you. Another suggesting is to watch "This old house videos". Great detail given when remodeling a home, which opens up the understanding of how a home is built. Very good resource on RUclips.
Hi Daniel :) Thank you so much for making these videos I subscribe to you I been working in claims for over 2 years now love it so much that I took my Florida 6 20 adjusters course just recently and passed my final exam now going through the licensing process “Background check and fingerprinting” do you allow your subscribers to email you with questions? Thank you Daniel Taylar S
@Taylar Simmons Thanks so much for watching and subscribing. Congrats on the progress you are making. Shoot me questions in the comments...that way everyone can benefit. I would be glad to help!

Fantastic!!
Do you have any flood macros?
@perksoflivingvlogs6219 Not specifically for flood, but they basically are my macros backwards. Flood writes estimates from the ground up, whereas I do it the opposite from the roof down.
Does your macros have any extensive roof macros?
I’m not sure what you mean by extensive, but I have most items that would ever be on the roof included in the macro. You just remove the ones that are not on the roof.
Do you have USAA in your macro list?
No, I do not, but most of the Macros are very similar. There are very few differences between USAA and other carriers.
I just ordered the your macros and I am having trouble loading the macros? I unzipped the file and it opened as an XTML document. I have Windows 11. Can you send instructions on how to install the macros?
@user-bj3ed8jj5j Glad I was able to help you figure this out. Sometimes it can be a little tricky. Thanks for your purchase!
