Hey Peter, Thank you for all of your fine videos, you're very knowledgeable and enjoyable to watch.
I'm commenting on an older video with fewer views, a very minor point, "catching pan" (the container that receives the old oil) is referred to as a "catch pan". No one kowns quite why, but in English it's a *catch pan* I'm not trying to be rude. Thanks.

Nice video TM - be glad it was the bulb for the wiring on those Highlander rear lights are very strange at least on mine. Believe power for those all go to one side where it is then source/wired to the other side and the design of the harness and associated copper contacts have been very problematic to diagnose and correct. At least that is what I have found on my G1 HL

I know on headlights you should wipe the bulb so that the finger oil doesn’t build a hot spot. Is that not an issue on a tail light?

Nice work! My 15 highlander doesn’t have that power plug in the back for some reason.

That power plug is available with a higher trim level. Our Highlander is a limited trim level and it does have that power plug.

Could you have put the 4 way flashers on to check the bright filament?

AAR2VZ - The four way flashers (hazards) are the yellow lights which are a different set of bulbs. He changed the parking lights in this video. So the answer is no.

could you tell me how to do it? The only light I can find on that side is a tiny bulb, not the one I need. I am trying to replace the brake light bulb...
