  • For context, an Olight Customer Service Representative asked me to take a short video of the problems I was having with the light and send it in for review by an engineer. The representative requested that I complete the following: Make sure that the barrel is fully tightened, ensure that the charging surface is cleaned, check the battery to make sure that it is correctly oriented, check to see if the light can be turned on while connected to the charger, and ensure the light is not in the lockout mode.
    Olight requested that I send the video to them, but due to the file size, I was unable to send it in an email and after contacting Olight again, they suggested uploading it to RUclips and send them the link to the video.
