A "nurturing feminine women in a modern movie," do those still exist in modern movies? Well, i guess the spider monster lady in Rebel Moon was protective and motherly...does that count? It seems in most movies these days, if even a single woman is not more manly then all them men, it is considered sexism against women.
When a gay or trans character is included, it's never a character that just happens to be gay or trans. The defining trait of that character is that they are gay or trans and never anything else to give them depth. Same goes for the strong woman. Characters now are never about how they struggle to get stronger. Rarely do we get an actual character arc to show the highs and lows. They are who they are and that's how they always were and all they ever will be. Like audiences' attention spans are too short to wait for development or anything meaningful.
