Have you ever wondered what makes people believe in any religion they were born into?
actually, there is a pretty simple explanation for this,
a child who listens to his parents and believe what they say has a huge evolutionary advantage over those who don't, since his chances of survival are simply higher.
Think of it this way - if a child did not believe his parents when they warned him not to play with a snake or not to eat a poisonous plant, it could end in disaster for him.
Therefore, children have evolved with an instinct to believe whatever their parents tell them. And religion is just one part of this.
having been taught that a certain religion is the right one by his parents, the child has a tendency and a good reason to believe them.
After all, If you take a baby and raise him in any environment, he will simply absorb its culture, values and religion... and usually he will remain with them his entire life.
And that's ok.... you can Believe in whatever you want, there is no problem with any religion, the problem is when your beliefs - or rather those of your parents, starts to turn into extremism, making you hate others or damage the environment.
Racism for example... a feeling of superiority towards another person just because he doesn't share your beliefs.
religious extremism & religious superiority has led our world to darkness,
ISIS, Holocaust, 9/11, terrorism, neo-Nazism, oppression of women, Homophobia... There are endless examples throughout history.
as a society we need to be careful of these conceptions ...
there is no difference between people, we are all equal, never let anything or anyone convince you otherwise...

We didn't come out of our mother's womb and say we belong to this religion according to the religion that our parents belong to or whoever took care of us or the nation that dominates the country that's what they tell us to believe in in other words we don't choose our religion they choose it for us.
