Junk Food vs. Healthy Food: The Evolutionary Battle
How Caveman Instincts Shape Modern Eating Habits
Why is everything tasty unhealthy, while bland or flavorless food is often super healthy? Why does our body crave processed, fatty, and harmful foods? Imagine how perfect the world would be if the foods we loved-like pizza, burgers, or chocolate-were actually good for us, and we had to avoid lettuce instead.
In order to answer that - Meet your distant ancestor-the caveman. He was a hunter-gatherer who spent most of his day searching for food. He ate whatever he could find-fruits, vegetables, plants, and even worms. If he was lucky, he’d manage to h...

Moral Development Theory of Kohlberg 6 stages of moral development by kohlberg American psychologist Lawrence Kohlberg studied this topic and reached some interesting conclusions. The Science of Dancing: What Happens in Our Brains When We Dance?
Nice conclusion statement at the end 😊
But how do I resolve this? I'd say Utilitarianism, but with that, I always end up at saying that genocide is a good thing; and I strongly feel that this can't be the correct outcome.
do you have any sources that I can use for further research?
hey, i read this information in this book: "anatomy of desire: the science and psychology of sex, love and marriage" by simon andreae.
My idea of the quality is men and women getting sentenced to the exact same person time for the exact same time so either we need to increase female sentencing or decrease male sentencing
The problem with these styles of reasoning is that they use black and white logic rather than fuzzy logic. Saying that this act or that act is all good or all bad just doesn't match reality in all its complexity. Some acts might be 75% moral and 25% immoral. Some situations have complexity and taking into account multiple variables can make it more complicated than even certain percentages of right and wrong.
You are definitely right, I agree with you, I was just describing the theory. Life is not black and white, life is complex.
Super interesting 🎉 thank you
glad that you like it!
thank you so much!

I am woke, and I support gender equality in the prison system.
i'm glad to hear that!
The Story of the First Vaccine
It sounds like Kant contradicted himself unless I'm misunderstanding something. He said that the intentions behind an action make it right or wrong, but also that there are some actions that are always right or always wrong? Can someone not lie with good intentions? Steal with good intentions?
It seems like a paradox because the paradigm is framed as an all or nothing issue rather than a sliding scale of more morality or less morality.
Great video! Now I'm more prepared for my Midterm activity thank you!
so happy to hear that! thank you so much dear!

Dude everything you said was incorrect 1st of all 34 mice were left to drown half were saved half were left to die to make sure 15 minutes was their max limit then after a few days he reconducted the test and the mice tried to swim for 45 minutes not 60 hours, atleast make sensible claims in your video
Great analogy. Thank you

Can someone please explain me the birth control pill part with easy explanation
Plain and simple, the birth control changes the woman's hormones from someone who is going through the natural cycle of fertility, and changes them to that of a woman who has successfully mated and is currently pregnant. That's kinda how most birth control works; it tricks the woman's body, through supplementation of artificial hormones, into believing she's already pregnant. But because of this, instead of being attracted to the partner she should be attracted to, based on genetics and dietary scent markers; she'll instead be attracted to the partner that smells most similar to a parent or sibling. And she won't be nearly as attractive to any potential suitors, because according to the pheremones they are picking up, the subconscious has taken her off the table as a potential mate. Because her hormones and pheremones are indicating that she likely has a mate, and is not available for mating. I feel this my not be simple enough. But basically, when it comes to hormones, pheremones, chemosignals, etc etc, messing with body chemistry is a great way to throw everything out of whack.
Perfect interesting
thank you
