I love this Ken! I wish Mattel had decided to continue the BMR1959 line. The dolls were great and a great value. Mary Poppins Jack may be a good skin tone match for your minime. He’s not mtm but he his jointed. Owen from Jurassic park may also be a match. Again not mtm but jointed.

This ken is very similar, but I think for a mini version, it's best to go to a good doll artist. By the way, some doll artists know how to slightly change the color of the body or head, so that they better match the tone.
Yeah, this one would be a good base, but the eyebrows are so different from mine. I’ve got commissions and purchases up the wazoo right now, so he will have to wait to be repainted. 😆

When Mattel came out with the made to move bodies, I immediately began removing a lot of my dolls from their packaging and my display dolls as well and re-boded them. It totally changed The Whole game for me. I literally started buying hundreds of made to move dolls to rebody my older dolls and I haven’t stopped. I do feel guilty when I take a doll that is a expensive black label or silver label and re-body them, but it’s COVID-19 so...... Yes!!!!! My my question to you is have you started re-bodying a lot of your dolls with the made to move BMR doll bodies #asklifeinplastic
