天麩羅というよりは「揚げ焼き」に近い感じですね。平べったいのは鶏肉？それとも豚肉？焼き上がった表面がカリカリしてそうで非常に美味しそうです。
広いのは魚で丸くて厚いのが豚の肉と野菜の混合です。ミートボールの揚げバージョンみたいなものですね。
あれは魚ですか！見た目、白身魚ぽいのでタラとかでしょうか…自分、獣肉よりも魚介類の方が好きなので、ますます美味しそうに見えて来ます！
