Hi!!! this is Phillips, daughter! I am going to make some 12" versions of these to put in with my calendar blanket squares!!! I REALLY like these squares!! also, I am really liking animal crossing!!! THANK YOU for everything!!!!
I just had to thank you so very, very much for your instructions on how to make a proper daisy square! I am new to crochet and I've been trying for over a year to find a video that I can follow and that produces a daisy that looks like a daisy. I have learning issues so trying to learn something like a magic circle was incredibly frustrating. And then when I finished a square, the centre was misshapen and the daisy didn't look right. So out of frustration I put everything away. Until yesterday when I came across your video!! The cinch circle is so easy for me and I can follow your others instructions much more easily, too. I'm so thrilled that I'm finally producing daisies that look like daisies with lovely round centres! Thank you for restoring my enjoyment of learning how to crochet!!
Hi I'm Dawnie. I've been teaching myself crochet during these Lockdown and came across your page and video's. Started making this Daisy Granny Square with your video. So easy and clear instructions. Thank you so much for sharing. Love it, making my first Blanket with this Square for a lady in our local Charity shop. Whoop whoop happy Crocheting. Big Hugs. X
Brilliant instruction. From being unable to crochet at all upto a few weeks weeks ago I have now managed granny squares and now this pretty Daisy granny square. Thank you.
Chibi intros always put a big smile on my face! This would look so cute with a bunch of these joined together as a pillow with varying background colors!
Hi Jayda and Mr. InStitches! I just wanted to thank you both for the wonderful videos. Because of you Jayda, I am learning how to crochet! I've watched a few videos and quickly fell in love with it! Your videos are so easy to follow and make seemingly complicated tricks utterly simple! This is my favorite Daisy Granny Square I've seen on RUclips and I'm currently making a blanket out of this. c: Thanks for the happy atmosphere and wonderful tutorials!
My fave other than violets. And even though gladiolus and carnations are my ABSOLUTE DREAM flowers(crud I forgot sweet peas!!) but also the sunflower 🌻 because the sunflower will ALWAYS TURN ITS GIGANTIC BEAUTIFUL REGAL HEAD AND FACE IN STRENGTH AND DETERMINATION TOWARDS THE SUN NO MATTER WHAT, to live and thrive so it’s become a really special one to me .💜
This make me SO happy. With all the stress having to home school during all this covid stuff and cant get out much crocheting with you is so relaxing. I always look forward to your tutorials. I am going to have to get more yarn soon. Lol Thank you so much Jayda.
I have to get more yarn and cant go to the store Lakewood N.J is still social distancing LOL HAVE TO MAKE MY TEACHER A BABY BLANKET and need baby yarn LOL have a gr8 weekend!!!!!
Oh my goodness this was just what I needed to see today! Thank you for making me smile. Love this flower and want to make a throw for me so I'll be covered in daiseys!!!
Hey Jayda n Mr!!, this is soooo pretty!!! I’ve been wanting something in a daisy granny.. maybe a purse, or lap throw!! This is very easy to do!! Great video, clear instructions.. Love all the grannies you do so much… 🌺🥰
@@JaydaInStitches ☺️ i love watching your videos. when i watch the live streams i always have my projects ready with a cup of tea and crochet away or knit away. i like to do both. keep up the videos love them all and i hope your both staying safe and well x
Hello Jayda, I love to watch your shows, all of them, you explain everything so clear, I love all your projects, , I learned a lot from you, thank you so much.😍
Thank you thank you thank you. You are such a beautiful lady, Jayda, and so talented. Thank you for sharing with us. Now for my unsolicited ideas of what I'd like to do. Make 6 of these but don't do white on the outside edge. Use white to join using a lattice style join (sort of representing a fence for a flower garden) for a toddler sized hooded poncho. Then, make ties using your flower bookmark pattern (at least the leaves and stem part but to really gussy it up, one could add the whole flower) alternately, use the stem and leaves part of that pattern to run along a couple of the lattice joins. Ok, I'll shut up now. Thank you again for sharing. You are very much appreciated. P.S. edit to add one more thing because I'm rewatching lol. Mr. InStitches, love the opening, totally adorable, great work!
I love this block pattern! Daisies and Sunflowers are my favorite flowers. I have some bright yarns that match the plastic storage bins I plan to use to organize the crafting corner I’m working towards in my laundry room. It’s an unfinished part of my basement so I need the bright color and friendly flowers for cheer. I also need a little cozy wrap for when I’m working down there and get a chill. I’ve started coloring some paper squares in the colors of my yarn and I keep moving them around to see how I want it shaped and laid out. First time I’m making up my own ‘ pattern’. Wish me luck!
Hi Michelle, totally! All the backgrounds of the daisy squares could be different colours, all united by the border and daisy center...a real cute scrap buster blanket!
Oh no I missed you live! Chibi's ♥ are back.....yayyyyyyyy. I 💘 LOVE THEM!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! Absolutely LOVE the Daisey, thank you!!!!
I love your tutorials! I did this in some old baby dazzle yarn and it’s adorable! Doubled the white final row and attached using the join as you go method! I will make a small blanket for Angel Babies! Thanks again!!
