Respected Honorable CM Sir May I submit the following suggestions for immediate consideration Implementation of Anti conversion Act in Assam in lines of such an act in UP.The conversion drives of the Christian missionaries is worrisome. All tribal and indigenous religions should be given the status of minority religions at par with Sikhs,Buddhist, Jains etc.Muslims are already on the verge of becoming majority.The Christians are also trying to increase their numbers. All Scheduled castes and OBCs should be compulsorily made to give an certification in the form of an affidavit that they have not converted from their original religions. Introduction of dedicated cycle tracks on all possible roads in the State. Introduction ofmore electric buses on all routes in the state.This should be run by the state as is done in the State of Karnataka. Proper discipline must be imposed on the drivers and conductors. Visitors to Assam should be impressed by the conditions of these state transport bus services. Heavy penalty should be imposed on people who litter and throw garbage all over the place. Ban on Single use plastics should be strictly enforced. The model of Indore city may be considered for implementation.
