Firstly, to be honest, you are half right that the current Malaysia government should not give empty promise but I felt that they just think that it is very simple just like ppl with the mindset that should punish the current government by not coming out to vote the by election but eventually let PAS/PN win then they will make/promote more conservative comments etc. Secondly I think you are barking at the wrong tree. The DAP ppl make noise because they are MPs and if I am not wrong, MPs or ministers are allowed to enter parliament house as it is within their right. As for the public to enter the parliament house without authorisation, I don't think is within their right and the relevant authorities have the right to chase them. Thirdly, i think the 5 DAP ppl should not be scolded for being late as they are only helping to facilitate this issue just like you have mentioned that we should not scold MCA on the submission as there are questions/scolding on their part for late submission and even have the cheek to call on the submission day to inform that they will submit the appeal letter 2 days later. Lastly in your professional or expertise, what do you think the chances of catching the real culprit of the killing after 15 years have passed as by now all evidences should have already destroyed (same situations as the Mongolian model who was being killed and it seems the real master was not being caught etc if I not wrong).

As a lawyer, you should know that under murder charge, it must be prove it is committed with the intention of killing (which means that with proper planning etc) which highly unable to prove in this case. As for the manslaughter, you must find who is the culprits which highly not possible to as do you think that the cctv video will still be there after 15 years (even in ISO Standard, proper documentary record will be kept under certain amount of years so can be explain for not keeping cctv) . If I not wrong, the RCI had concluded that teoh beng hock had committed suicide due to stress arise from aggressive interrogation. Most likely it will be that direction as they can say that they didn't torture him etc as no cctv to prove they had indeed torture him etc. As for the injuries, they can say that was inflicted by other people if come to worst. There will be alot of reason to say if there is not hard evidence. Thus this might be the difficulties the current government facing when they want to reopen the case. The most they can do is to punish the IOs and the previous head of corruption dept then again the question come back, is this what the teoh beng hock family want as there will be no real truth to discover on how he died etc due to no hard evidence on who is the culprit as all will deny (you think ppl will be stupid enough to admit they killed him when no hard evidence to prove their guilt). As for the mentioned of the rebuttal, until now you have not mentioned whether it is acceptable for ppl to offer to submit the affidavit then call up the court on the actual day of submission to say they will submit 2 days later. As a lawyer, you should know the proper procedure for requesting late submissions of affidavit and is up to individual judge to determine whether to accept though normally will accept unless the reasons is ridiculous. Thus since you have mentioned that ppl should not blame/scold MCA on that case where they are late in submitting then in this case, also cannot blame/scold the DAP ppl for late. Just for your information, if MCA really sincere in helping, they already push for the changes long time ago (especially during the period of time when their popularity drop)
