I think the term you were looking for is "internal rhyme scheme" and how he "bends" words to fit into a rhyme. Words that shouldn't Rhyme do because he makes them by how he says it. I think it's also referred to as a slant rhyme if I'm not mistaken? But I'm no expert, I've just picked it up by listening to other reactions. How that helps Stevie! I love how passionate you are about listening to Em 💕!
Right. A slant-rhyme is when words sound similar enough to create a near-rhyme. A perfect rhyme would be house and mouse, a slant-rhyme is used often in rap. Eminem often bends and breaks words, though, to force a slant-rhyme even when there wouldn't be one there. I don't know if there's a real term for that?
Two words sounding the same but written different would be a homophone.
Internal rhyme scheme is when not just the end of a line rhymes with another, but words inside of the lines rhyme, too.

He just wanted to take care of his family, and look how it blew up. Hard to be prepared for that even when it is what youre seeking. Imagine just wanting to be able to give your kid a stable place to live and food to eat and nicer clothes than you had growing up and in order to get it youre ripped from your family and become so famous you cant even enjoy them like regular people do. I requested this song a few weeks or months ago at this point and I guessed you wouldn’t like the chorus but knew the bars and those rhyme patterns would make up for the parts you didn’t like
This was from the late 2014 shady XV album and a few of the songs have choruses I’m also guessing you wouldn’t like but god damn every single song is just packed full of stuff that takes forever to dissect
This and The Marshal Mathers lp2 kind of have the same feel to me where I didn’t like them at first because I didn’t like the music it was emulating or sampling from but as the years went on and I realized what an amazing lyricist EM is then I couldn’t help but learn to like almost all the songs
The mmlp 2 was released in late 2013 and shady XV in late 2014 but shady XV is a compilation album with other features
Still Em has 9 new songs in there actually 10 if you count the “new” Lose yourself demo version that was on disk 2

I always interpreted the lines about “soul of a soldier or sold your soul” differently.
I thought it meant that he doesn’t know if he has the soul of soldier (for keep going and not giving up) or sold his soul (cause he knows that it’s partly his fault, cause every time he makes relateable music people are gonna gravitate toward him and his privacy is gone again, yet he keeps making that kind of music)
