My Astro Van No Heat Engine Fault Coolant Leak

I started off looking with an engine fault. Turns out the thermostat isn’t responding. I find coolant levels low and add some coolant and clear engine faults. I check a few weeks later when I finally have some downtime. Turns out the radiator cap is leaking.
