What Movies are Rated R18
@@BATYTF2005 The R18 category is a special category for hardcore pornographic films. Films with the rating are filtered from search results on the BBFC website unless an option to show them is selected, because many of them have titles that contain profanity.
Ok, So that R18 Rating by the BBFC is Pornography
So Indeed
sausage party is 18
Whether or not I lend any of my DVDs to Grandma depends on its BBFC rating, because the rating is an indicator of the content. My policy reflects the fact that Grandma is more concerned about sex, violence and drug use in films than she is about bad language:
- If it's rated U, PG or 12, I can lend it to Grandma.
- If it's rated 15, there's a presumption against lending it to Grandma, but I don't completely rule it out.
- If it's rated 18, I don't lend it to Grandma.
- If it's rated R18, I *definitely* don't lend it to Grandma. But I don't own any R18-rated DVDs anyway, because I never really got into that sort of thing.
The vsc logo reminds me of splatterhouse
I never knew until recently there was a rating ABOVE 18 (that said, I've never been to either of the places that show/sell R18 movies)
I am from the US and I remember not knowing there was an NC 17 yet ironically it's equivalent to your regular 18. I first heard of NC 17 through an ad about movie ratings. We actually don't have an R 18 equilavlent in the US though unrated (with disclaimer) could fit into this category though I'm not sure if the are directly comparable.
@@cradica Actually, It only using NC-17, BBFC Rating: 18 and one 15
@@Firdaus035 what?
@@cradica NC-17 is most inappropriate!
@@Firdaus035 there is one even worse than NC-17 it’s unofficial mainly used for “p word” however there are a few non-“p word” shows with this rating. It’s called 18 +.Some examples are: Interspecies Reviewers on blu ray says”Warning:do not watch if you’re under 18”.(was rated TV-MA in censored form for the first 3 episodes before getting pulled off the air) And Redo of Healer on blu ray says 18 +-DSV. Again TV-MA on streaming but this time the whole show aired (censored). The Interspecies Reviewers manga can be found in mainstream bookstores but it’s rated M(not to be confused with the video game rating the M for manga means 18 and up. It’s equivalent to Ao or NC-17 but the anime is even worse than that.)
I swear there was a red 21 rating in 80's

What about the ACB ratings
My school used this haha
The film ratings are useless and pointless, especially for Disney standard, and the reason for that is because the Disney films are extremely ambitious on being family-friendly that they don’t need any ratings at all. They just need to say “whole/entire family” in the description. The other studios’ films can keep the ratings all they want, but Disney does not need them at all. If I were making a Disney VHS, DVD, or Blu-Ray, I would just leave the rating spot blank, write down “whole/entire family” in the description.
