Buy a band and do face pulls and stretches with band. You will fix the rounded shoulders.. I own a similar massage gun. Its great, it will help loosen up muscles, but you can stretch for free. The face pulls is the winning ticket.
I have done other movement techniques which helped. I will try this putting my arm on my kitchen table top or high top chair. I have the cord operated one for consistent electric current. As the batteries are not a long term use in the tool. Thank you so much for your video
