How we decide when to place the implant after grafting… .?some clinicians place immediately some tend to wait after sinus lift. Also you didn’t use anything to stabilise the membrane. If we leave it like this there will be any difference in the bone formed.?

May i know how much CC of graft was used in this case..?
In this surgery, total 1.5g, 3cc of xenograft ( 3 Bio-Oss Pen 0.5g, 1cc) were used.
