When will lying be interpreted to "attempt to defraud" as it should. 🤔

Someone not crying after a death shouldn't be considered anything but an anomaly. I almost cried when my best friend of 15 years died. It wasn't that I wasn't sad, my not crying is due to the fact that I'm emotionally overloaded all the time. I feel things, but simply often do not show it.

1:02:17 manslaughter? This Amanda woman literally lured Derek to his death, if it hadn’t been for her, this man would’ve never died. How does she only get less than four years in prison for having him killed? The Canadian justice system makes absolutely no sense.
