The 2025 Audi SQ7 starts at $91,995 for the Premium Plus trim and increases to $98,095 for the Prestige trim. Given the small price difference, the Prestige trim offers better value with its additional features such as a head-up display, power soft-close doors, and the Executive package. This package includes dual-pane side windows, heated rear seats, ventilated front seats, and more. Several packages are available, including a Sport package with an upgraded suspension, a Carbon optic package featuring carbon mirror housings and door inlays, and a tow package rated for trailers of up to 7,700 pounds.
Under the hood, the SQ7 boasts a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine delivering 500 horsepower and 568 pound-feet of torque, shared with the similarly designed two-row SQ8 sport utility vehicle. This powerful engine is akin to the one in the higher-performance RS Q8, albeit with slightly reduced power and torque in the SQ7. The top speed is electronically limited to 151 miles per hour. The updated SQ7 is rated at 15 miles per gallon in the city, 21 miles per gallon on the highway, and 17 miles per gallon combined. It matches the previous model's Environmental Protection Agency estimates. During a 75-miles per hour highway fuel-economy test, the SQ7 met its rating, delivering 21 miles per gallon.
Inside, the SQ7 maintains the practical three-row layout of the Q7, with additional touches like sport seats with more aggressive bolstering and unique leather upholstery. While the third row could use more space, dropping it and the second-row chairs creates ample room for up to 25 carry-on suitcases. The 2025 model includes mild improvements, integrating Spotify and Amazon Music streaming services. The cabin features three digital screens for gauges, navigation, entertainment, and vehicle settings, although the reliance on touch-sensitive controls may polarize opinions.
