When you render walls with sand and cement there are two things that make it much easier and make it look like you know what you’re doing. Add mortar plasticiser to your mix to make it easier to apply, and wait until it sets up a little then go over it with a damp sponge to smooth the surface. You won’t believe how much better it will look and how much easier it is to apply. You’ll be rendering everything in sight soon!
I’ve done that plenty of times myself. Fairy liquid is dish soap in case anyone doesn’t know. Dawn would work too. The brand isn’t really important. I think Plasticiser does a better job if you can get it. It’s not expensive and a bottle will last a long time
As a hairstylist, watching the haircuts has been painful. 😂 In the future, for perfect layers, Kaylee should pull her hair up into a high ponytail (make sure it’s smooth, centered, & balanced) & point cut the dead ends off with the hair pulled all the way up above the head (can even flip upside down for this part). When you remove the ponytail, the hair will fall into perfectly blended layers. Easy peasy. Kaylee could even do it herself. Love you guys & all your adventures! 🦋

Believe me we feel the same way. We started a homestead did a shed cabin conversion on 12 acres. The place is like heaven. But we had to give it up do to health issues, now we are on our property out in a small country town. It needs work. We need to convert our carport into a garage. Turn a back port into a sunroom and build 2 decks. But we are going to keep pushing through, I hope we can achieve everything. And sell our 12 acre homestead to someone who will love it and work on it. It’s a gorgeous place. Blackberries all over the place. Grapes too, there are springs on the property. And deer. All kind of wildlife, and if someone likes to be on the water it a 2/3 minute drive to the boat-dock on the river. There comes a time when you need to be settled and everything you need is taken care of, if we were 15 years younger we might could have done it. But that was when I became disabled, and my illness is showing me who’s boss. But after fighting the battles I don’t have strength for much else. Be glad you are young and healthy. Enjoy your life. You’ll get it done. I’m sure of it. Each day I drink my Athletic greens everyday I ordered off your channel. And we got June shine last summer and really enjoyed it, my husband wants to try the new flavor. I’ll order some. Be blessed! Leslye

OMG you saw a Quetzal, the sacred bird of the Mayas!! I’ve always wanted to see one. They are very rare, and don’t survive in captivity. What a beautiful life in Panama!
OMG indeed! I was in Panama on a birding tour in 1998. The bird everyone wanted to see was the Resplendent Quetzal, and there you have a pair in this video! The extended part of the tour took us to Boquete, where we visited coffee fincas that were promoted as producing bird friendly, shade-grown coffee, and that is where we got some good views of Quetzals.

Out of all your videos recently this one is the best content. Although, you did your product placement for June shine all throughout your video it was seamless and shows you community. Sadie is such an adorable baby. I like hearing about everyone on the farm and how you interact.
What made a difference for my baby daughter sleeping thru the night was to feed her something more solid before puttig her down for the night. I used cream of wheat. Worked like a charm.
My son was the same way. I had to make a nipple a little bit larger and added a bit of baby cereal. I have to notes the Pediatrician gave my parents when I was born and it said that the baby can have watery solids once the baby is 10 pounds. I weighed over 10 pounds at birth so my mother waited 2 or 3 weeks. Now Dr's say to wait until 4 to 6 months. My son was huge as well and couldn't last the night without it once he weighed about 15 pounds. Being exhausted from not sleeping I started adding a bit of cereal. Daytime naps at first to make sure he didn't have any problems then every night. No way could we all wait for 6 months, he was hungry and none of us were sleeping. By the time he was 6 months old he was as big as the average 1 year old and wearing the clothes for a year old too. He wasn't fat, he was long and baby fat chubby, always healthy and his Dr was happy with his progress. I feel bad for parents who have a child that's ready and a Dr tells them to wait for whichever book they learned on. Not every child is in the average category.
At 30 days old our son ate every hour for 24 hours. After a dr call we have him 1/2 baby teaspoon of cream of wheat at 7:30 and he slept 7 hours from them on
That's life; a learning process and we all have to go through but the rewards are so much more worth it when we have learned to successfully do something rather than quit. When Sadie learns to walk she'll fall and "fail" but as she continues to keep trying even though it'shard and frustrating she'll be happy she did it. It's ALWAYS better to learn to do it and not rely on others to do everything because of that wonderful sense of accomplishment that buying something or hiring someone to do it can't ever compare with. Keep it up guys you can do it!

This video is much more wholesome than I expected from the Title. More human connection than I've seen in the past decade. I hella wish I could live off grid, but with the joys of video games and wifi also. But so far I haven't found a way to escape the soulless meat grinder of corporate America. You guys have some dedication tho! I give you props. I wouldn't even know where to start. I helped build a wooden deck back in the day but everything else about construction, growing food, and pretty much any of the essentials to live independently without societal demands, I've had zero guidance.

OMG! Those were RESPLENDENT QUETZALS, male and female, that are every birders’ DREAM bird!!! 💚 ♥️ Absolutely amazing! You also showed a couple of shots of Acorn Woodpeckers which are very cool, living in groups and storing 1000’s of acorns in specially made holes in trees. You are living in a birder’s paradise! Maybe someday you’ll get a birding guide to show you all the wonderful birds living in your hood.
I agree with the one asking if you having a homestead work shop I would definitely sign up just watching you guys for yrs is inspiring and now watching you in Panama I put it on my bucket list to visit but it be hard going there if I couldn’t hang out with you all it be a blast ! As a Panamanian who grew up in the u.s, but went back every single summer of my life, I’m glad you guys are enjoying boquete as much as I do! My family is from the other side of panama from the chepo region where you die sweating in the shade, so I also take a liking to the weather over there in boquete hah. Like a totally different country. Enjoy the waterfalls and hikes!
Struggling through is so often the point of the struggle. It seriously sucks, but it's the struggle that makes the smooth times more precious. Having all your friends around you makes the struggles more bearable. Life goes on.

Comb it up straight and cut straight across to the length you want it, then take the scissors and point cut into it. It will be beautiful! I cut my own long hair that way for years! You will love it! So agree. I cut my own hair and that is exactually how I do it. Tips, inch what ever your need it is already set up for a nice clean cut.

This video is much more wholesome than I expected from the Title. More human connection than I've seen in the past decade. I hella wish I could live off grid, but with the joys of video games and wifi also. But so far I haven't found a way to escape the soulless meat grinder of corporate America. You guys have some dedication tho! I give you props. I wouldn't even know where to start. I helped build a wooden deck back in the day but everything else about construction, growing food, and pretty much any of the essentials to live independently without societal demands, I've had zero guidance.

OMG! Those were RESPLENDENT QUETZALS, male and female, that are every birders’ DREAM bird!!! 💚 ♥️ Absolutely amazing! You also showed a couple of shots of Acorn Woodpeckers which are very cool, living in groups and storing 1000’s of acorns in specially made holes in trees.
You are living in a birder’s paradise! Maybe someday you’ll get a birding guide to show you all the wonderful birds living in your hood.

As a Panamanian who grew up in the u.s, but went back every single summer of my life, I’m glad you guys are enjoying boquete as much as I do! My family is from the other side of panama from the chepo region where you die sweating in the shade, so I also take a liking to the weather over there in boquete hah. Next time you cut Kaileys hair, put her hair in a ponytail up in the top center of her head. Comb it up straight and cut straight across to the length you want it, then take the scissors and point cut into it. It will be beautiful! I cut my own long hair that way for years! You will love it!
