I've never heard of a dry, paper bushing. Paper with oil for a normal capacitive type bushing, yes. Dry paper, never. The new design is interesting though. Like an epoxy impregnated dry type transformer, rolled in to a bushing. Curious to how the lifespan will be, hopefully long.
