Y'all are so freaking awesome. I never get tired of watching y"alls videos. My only complaint is there's not enough of them. Lol Keep up the great work.
Man! This sounds goooooood! The good stuff never dies... especially when it's done right. And this is done..... RIGHT! Awesome! And... subbed for sure ! Glad I found these guys.
Them drums the sound only band that ive ever heard have live sound like this was the original journey with steve perry they sound better live that the recording and my friends enough said talented musicians ill buy a ticket 😊
THIS IS 110% COMPLETE *_"CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM"_* !!!! Soooooooooooooo, JUST GOTTA GET THAT UP MORE IN THE MIX, YA KNOW..., With regards to that gtr. opening, "soloing riff!!" I didn't catch it the first time through, so I went back and listened a second time... And Yes, it is there, albeit not in the traditional way it was originally cut to tape, as laid down by ★"Matthias..." (★ see trivia below) Sooooo, I ran it through my "Soundcraft"®️ board (sans ANY effects...) ...well, other than my "Neve' '33609,"®️ that I use for "mastering," as I wanted to "tHuMp" the B'Jesus out of my "UREI' '813C's"®️!!!! However, I wanted to also make sure that I didn't send the woofers on these far fields into a complete "fully extended," "paid trip for one" to Jupiter on the "transient's express!!!" 😅 And in all honesty, that was where I was able to clearly hear that opening gtr. solo...!! Here's a little bit of R-n-R trivia for ya... it could be complete "balderdash," perhaps even.., just "a whole bunch of who shot John," not too mention, it could just be "music industry lore.....," Butttt, I've been told on a couple of occasions......., that opening solo, was really arranged and recorded by ☆"Rudy,"☆ as ★Matthias,★ he had a hard time running up the neck on that opening solo on "Overdub Tuesday," because of a "friendly love tap" on a recording studio wall... 😳 🫣 🥴 And... I am very sure that I am preaching to the choir, when telling you guys about the "little nuances," that carry the "largest musical impacts!!" "Youse guyze" certainly know what the hell you're doing, or you just wouldn't be up to your eyes in it, not too mention, "emptying yer wallets," buying gear, if you didn't!!! It's funny though, I can remember when this track first came out, and it's subsequent impact on radio, and especially MTV. I was playing in a touring club band then, (circa 1984) and just like it was yesterday... I can remember dropping that track on the crowd, who lost their proverbial minds, as that was a very "hot track" that summer, then followed up with "Still loving you..." yeah...... "panty dropping" moments for sure....!!! 😅 🤔...... hmmmm, to much of a "male chauvinistic" moment there...!??! 🤫 .....Ssshhhh...... "be very, very, very quiet, I'm huntin' wabbits...!!!" Long story... Well, I'm off, loved this one, looking forward to the next, Sooo Lads, well done, you!! And until we meet again .... ("bump-a-dee-dah," "bump-a-dee-dah," "bump-a-dee-dah-dee-dah-dee-dah, happy trails to you...!!!") 😎🤘🏼
If there's an award for most awesome comment in a Rockhouse video, you are the winner. We especially like the "emptying yer wallets" bit...this has turned into the most expensive hobby ever...but when folks like you appreciate it, it somehow makes it worth it LOL. Thanks for taking the time to type all that out. You rock!
Majorly impressive. Lead guitarist is unbelievable. The whole band is amazing.
It's official, these guys can play anything as good as the original bands. Such kick*ss musicians.
We certainly try! The original songs are so perfect, we don't want to change a thing if we can help it.

Nothing can beat the original Journey live, they always sounded amazing, couldn't agree more on that one.
What are you guys? Julliard or Berkeley trained musicians? Backstory, please!

The keyboard dude doubles up on guitar occasionally.
