*I'LL ABSOLUTELY ASSURE YOU..,* I have worked in the music industry for decades, as such, I do understand the whole "adrenaline" thing, and it's *"feeding the crowd,"* that is *"feeding the band..,"* 🔄 is how it works!! And as just about EVERY ONE is stating, and now, "the word of the day," *_"FLAWLESSLY"_* is exactly what the band is doing!! Soooo, no worries there.....!!! Although, I do see this little gem of an issue. That is, *_"SPEED"_* and "speed kills!!" So now I refer back to the whole "adrenaline" thing, as that ISSSS THEEEEE most responsible "anomaly," that causes the entire band, to run hot @ about 150 mph, which by then, we have to put on the "R-n-R" "battle armor," and give it hell, fight back and gain a really great groove!!! It is not a hard thing to correct, as it becomes all about focus, right?!? And (being a drummer myself,) I understand how much we affect THE BANDS *_"GAS PEDAL,"_* and if you're playing to a "packed house," it truly is Soooo electric in the room, it makes your foot feel like a gazillion pounds, were then, it's hard to not smash that pedal to the floor!! Sooo, rather than "pedaling it," set the entire show on "cruise control," because had these cats not been in complete command of their "individual craft(s") their composure in check, for the most part, this could have become a train wreck!! I don't know if the "ZBIG" has a "click" in one or both of his IEM's, but "clicks" are both a "damn nuisance," and yet, a "drummers very good friend!!" Bottom line, of course "the click" in EVERYONE'S IEM will help, but is not necessarily or always practical... then the next best thing is, an actual metronome, and welllllllll, disguised as a.. metronome.. 😂 Just kidding, it can be disguised as what ever, or strategically placed where it can be seen by the entire band, as they really do work well, as a deterrent of "speedy-gone-crazy!" For the longest time, I thought they sucked, and I hated the shit out of them!! But eventually, I did "embrace" them as a very useful tool in my arsenal of tools, commonly known as, "EMBRACING THE SUCK!! Then, getting to a point where I needed them less and less!! The not needing them part, it usually occurs about the 10th - 12th show of the new tour, "once looked in," "twice good-to-go!!!" That really is about it, for any "critique," or "constructive criticism," Lads!!! *Keep "hammering" away it!!!* *PEACE, LUV & GREEN BEANS!!!!!* 😎🤘🏼
