Picking up my demo corolla est hybrid this thursday 18/08/2021 and looking forward to it, driving a Toyota C-HR Hybrid at the moment and that is a good car, will miss it no doubt but the corolla is a beauty with lots of upgrades fitted and we needed the space in the rear for our pooch
@@mkhn-yu3to its a hybrid so your tank will last ages anyway, ch-r will do like 400 and I'm sure this car is better (plus that tasty electric acceleration goes like shit off a stick)
Do you think there's just as much space in the back as a Meriva? I have 3 kid's, and missus. One kid has to go in the front, other 2 in back in car seats, missus in the middle. Just about do it in the meriva. If I could do it in that I'm getting one. So any advice would be great! Thanks.
@ToyotaUSA #ToyotaUSA #ToyotaCanada @ToyotaCanada: Bring this to North America!! It's fuel efficient, buys green credits to North America, has *way more trunk space* than the hatch, the GR model has 180BHP that appeals to the sports minded, and the Trek model with an increased 20mm ground clearance is better for the winter season with better handling than the SUVs!!
You are a very good reviewer with soothing voice covering all the important stuff about the car. Good review.
Will definetly be my next car when I trade in my astra in a few years time.
Drives beautifully. Very comfortable.
Drove it, liked it very much, will have it soon.
Thanks for demonstrating the boot floor can be lowered. With a bigger dog I thought the higher floor would be a problem. Not any more
What is the height of this boot ? I am a wheelchair user so ideally want my chair to be able to stand in the boot as it’s a rigid frame not folding

Great review, not like some review where if its not German they take the piss
How much smaller is the boot than that of the Avensis? Avensis is discontinnued, i thinknit os a grave mistake from Toyota.
The Avensis has a boot space of 543l and max. 1690l. The Corolla Touring Sports 1.8l Hybrid has 596l and max. 1606l.
@@uriulrich4918 Go for ther1,8 Estate as I got my new car 4 weeks ago and the boot is brill more so if you drop the back seats :)
