It's my birthday on sunday and every year since my parents both passed (9 for my mum and 1 and a half for my dad) I feel such loss around times that should feel celebratory but it's where I am at and during this, I felt my head tingle like my head was being stroked and I felt the unconditional love of my parents and ultimately God.
