For fans i'd go for Arctic german brand, I find them to be way more silent than any other. I believe they also have white variants.

@Ethan7_7 I'm also surprised 😮 by the price. The motherboard is a bit pricey in my opinion but it's one of the only ones that have a white PCB 😅
