The rooftop level on the Casino level probably is that R, it has a lockout switch below so it kinda makes sense if true. I really like their chimes and Inchline lanterns, plus I never noticed the Schindler name on the phone box, love that logo! When NationalElevator filmed them, the indicator had glitches when passing floors... One thing I never understood here, if these are all Westinghouse/Schindler RTs, why are they always said to be SchindlerHaughton?
I stayed in the shorter tower for one night in 2013. No videos. Checked in at midnight. Back on the road by eight or nine in the morning. I think one of those elevators does go higher than ten. The R level must be permanently locked off. Probably why the button is near the door controls.

The second elevator the panel looks ugly. GLichy elevator goes up at top floor anyway. *crashes into top of shaft*
Also one other thing that the third elevator from your I think is actually a wheel chair lift that serves the M, C, and the Basement.

I’ve been to the Eldorado in Shreveport.
CA elevators posted a video for these and they key carded them off and the security guard is not in the elevator lobby anymore like at 00:24.
