I've been binge watching all of your reviews! Incredibly helpful! I was blown away mattress shopping today $2k for the Helix Midnight Luxe !! So now looking for a more affordable variety in the $1k range. My question to you is about not being able to try the mattress in person before ordering. I realize the trial period but that's a pain. Do you have any knowledge of buyers that have ordered and returned and how responsive this company is? Any other suggestions to compare to the Helix that is a bit more affordable for a side sleeper, back issues, medium hybrid, reasonably soft & cooling would be lovely lol? So frustrating to try and find a place to try out these alternatives :( Your site is amazing, thank you!
As far as I can tell Emma seems to have a great track record with customer service. In my view, it's sort of "no news is good news", and Emma is one I cannot recall every receiving negative feedback on (be it customer service, quality, or performance issues). I have a good level of trust with both Emma and Helix. I think you'd be safe going with either option. Here are a few other options to consider: Brooklyn Bedding Signature Hybrid - naplab.com/go/brooklyn-bedding-signature-hybrid-mattress Silk & Snow Hybrid - naplab.com/go/silk-and-snow-hybrid-mattress
At this price point, I think the support is pretty solid. You can definitely get mattresses with better support for more money, but at this price point this is basically as good as it gets.
It's fine for sleepers up to 300 pounds, but I wouldn't recommend it for sleepers heavier than that. All mattresses will form body impressions over time. Your weight, sleeping position, body type, foundation, and mattress all factor into how deep those body impressions can be (and how quickly they can form). If you're over 300 pounds (or near it) I would suggest going with an HD / Plus-sized mattress that's better tuned to the needs of heavier weighted bodies. Hi Derek. This looks like a good one for the money. Does it have adequate support across the mattress to help with low back pain?
At this price point, I think the support is pretty solid. You can definitely get mattresses with better support for more money, but at this price point this is basically as good as it gets.
@@NapLabReviews Thank you, Derek!

Is this any different than the Hybrid Cooling Comfort?
Hybrid Cooling Comfort has a better cooling cover, otherwise, it's the same mattress.
Good video
Thank you! Glad you found it helpful.
