You can go on the 'front of house' tours at any time, but the tour that really shows you how the Hall works is the 'Behind the Scenes' Tour. Like the other tours it is 1 hour long, but you get to see the backstage area, the dressing rooms, the artists' bar and much more, most of of which is below the steps down to Prince Consort Road. When you go down there, you realise that, like an iceberg, there is much of the RAH below the ground. They can only run these tours when the performance programme allows them because the artists have priority and are often using the Hall for rehearsals, but they are well worth getting on. If you are on the RAH mailing list, these tours should be publicised when they become available.
Agreed. I've worked at The RAH many times and know the basement and dressing rooms as well as the many "hidden" technical areas around the hall space itself. But the best bit about being connected with supporting a performance is having a parking permit to park DIRECTLY alongside one of the fire exits, no messing about with public transport or remote car parks.
going to performin may or june 2016 excited
I miss doing guided tours there, can't wait to go back soon. In the meantime, I've taken advantage of the lockdown to start a new youtube channel and it's been a very exciting journey! I hope everyone is also trying something new during these troubled times. Stay safe and much love!
It has always been a pleasure

Im performing there in may soo exsited and nervous
I assure you that once you are in and on the stage during rehearsal you can breathe in the atmosphere and sheer space that the hall offers. Take a peek as the hall fills before you go on stage and sense the change in emotion in both the space and yourself - it's that adrenalin that rises within that carries through the first minutes then you can remember to smile and enjoy the moment. It's a great feeling I hope you forget the nervous moment and revel in the glory whatever your performance is. It's a great hall for applause and it always comes.

NIALL UWU
After bahubali watching this video like here
But is it really the world's most famous stage? I'd heard of countless others before I knew this one existed.
After a quick thought, it probably is in most places outside the U.S. The average American has likely never heard of it because there are so many world famous venues here.
whatever you do don't film outside the building all they will send their security goons to harress and attack you
Nervous
It has always been a pleasure
