About us
We’re Hayley & Matt! We’re embarking on a trip of a lifetime motorcycle adventure across the Americas! Riding our trusty companions - the Honda CRF 300 Rally and the Yamaha Tenere 700 - we kickstart our Pan American motorcycle adventure from Santiago, Chile, heading south to Ushuaia, Argentina, the southernmost point of the Americas.
Our ultimate destination? Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, marking the northernmost point. Join our journey as we take on off-road motorcycle trials, explore breathtaking landscapes, and experience the freedom of motorcycle camping.

Hate, hate, hate packing away wet camping gear! Hayley rode out of the camping spot like a boss 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Isn't that the worst!! The drying operation is mayhem, especially when you're on the road and lacking drying space!
I always have an advantage - Matt is always the guinea pig and does the technical stuff first and then I learn from his mistakes 😂😂
Rain and mud combine is our nemesis - and loved your description of how rain get into your protective gear - boy nothing worse. Thanks for a great video!
The rain got to EVERYTHING including the waterproof gear! Still super fun though. Thanks for watching our videos 😊😊😊
You have to remember to always takeoff your traction control when you’re off-road
Yes that's true. It's easy to forget sometimes as the bikes automatically switch the ABS back on when you stop the engine. We'd like to add an ABS switchable dongle to the bikes to eliminate this.
Following you since day 1 and looking forward to each episode. It's important to not ony show the beautiful sides of travel, but the hardships as well. Safe travels, waiting for the next one. Have fun :)
That's really lovely to hear you've been following our journey. We try and be as transparent as possible... whilst travelling is a luxury, it can come with its tough times! Thanks for watching us since day 1!! 😊
This winter times is cold and rainy.
Wow, that weather is hardcore. But you managed that without breakdown, kudos. The team spirit is strong with you!
Haha! The rain didn't break us completely!! Team spirit grows the tougher the days are (although it doesn't feel like it at the time!!) 😂 Thanks for watching!!
My apologies Matt I had a laugh when Hayley showed you how to do it when you got stuck 😂Well done Hayley 💪
🤣🤣🤣 she definitely showed me up on this one.
Bless you guys in all that rain! Although the views were so stunning i get sad when your videos end 😢looking forward to the next one
That's so sweet! 😍 the rain was tough but it was so beautiful even in the rain. Thanks for watching!!
Carretera Austral without rain cloth, omg...🤭 Love ur journey!
Thanks for watching 😊😊😊
Hello guys! Two little advices if you let me: 1st, make things a bit easier and buy two rain suits in Cohiaique, 2nd, check for both bike forks seals, because with the constant water, road impurities and holes, it will not be weird that you might drop all the suspension fork fluids.
Regards and keep and eye for the marble caves in lagoon general carrera, you won’t be disappointed.
We do have waterproofs on! The waterproof gloves didn't do their job in this video at all 😂 Matt is checking and cleaning the fork seals regularly.. hopefully we won't have any issues going forward!! We head to Marble Caves next 😊
@@tworidewildcool!!! I was mainly referring to wet suits membranes that you wear over your waterproof clothes. Is just a rubber membrane, cheap and 100% unbeatable!
It's gorgeous down there but you really can be trapped by the weather...very frustrating.
It really is a beautiful place but the elements can catch you out and we've learnt that the hard way.
Why not going north for better climate?
complete (flood)rain suit to cover you as a whole: 50usd.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Yes that's a good option. We have the Gortex riding gear which is good for normal rain. I think our new plan is just try and avoid riding in the rain as much as possible.
@@tworidewild As i live in Austria i can sing songs about riding in the rain.
Nothing beats a good suit :)
Have fun, stay safe!
