Yes leather surgeons can regilt the 24k gold on the chain and turnlock but they cant do that to the grommets. I asked about that for my vintage bags. Hope that helps.

It’s about the same size of the LV Palm Springs mini. I really do like the chains on your vintage duma! So pretty and a good find. ☺️
