Awesome video man! Watching all the way from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺 I just took delivery of a ‘23 spark and I’m having so much fun on it, had it remapped to 110hp does 80kmh. Best bang for buck ski on the market
Looks awesome! how is the spark/trixx in the ocean? will buy one but it might be to small/light with no v hull? Also, how reliable are seadoo's? heard from some that they on more in the workhshops than in the water
Thank you! It's just the genuine dji 'osmo action chest mount'. It has a decent amount of adjustment, fits over my jetpilot wake life jacket easy enough. If you're on the larger side with a bulky life jacket it may not work out as well.
These are nice on calm waters like this, the Spark are terrible in rougher water, one of the worst rough riding PWC available. Awesome fuel economy however
What do you recommend for breaking it in? I haven’t driven mine once yet as I’m in Wisconsin 🇺🇸 and still got ice on the lakes lol. Just wanting to know how to break it in and if it’s okay to use in the cold water once the ice melts?
Normally breaking it in. Is like taking it easy for the first 5 or 10 hours, not ringing its guts out. Then just gradually increase your speed. But it’s probably up to you really.
I was told the engine management does it all for you, that it restricts power for 5 hours to ease the engine in. Just take it somewhat easy in the first 5 hours and it'll be sweet. They're reliable motors.
I broke in my 2021 and 2022 models and I believe according to the manufacturers recommendations, don’t hold a steady throttle; feather it ever so slightly always, don’t use more than 2/3 or 3/4 throttle. And do that for the first 15 hours. Also manufacturer recommends oil change at 50 hours, some cases people have flaky oil, most of it caught in the filters. Just excess ring material and other imperfections that were worn off in the break in. I didn’t have any of that with either of mine. But I’d recommend oil change at 50 hours or the end of the season.
You can definitely feel that swim platform dragging, the 2up is definitely more nimble. Definitely requires a little bit more effort on the 3up but is still not bad
@Mike Neu You need to have your upper body weight on the inside edge of the ski kinda towards the front, to pull it over after a hard flick and throttle of the tail end. No throttle needed when its on its side. Water has to be smooth too, its hard to find the sweet spot on the hull, most times I fail.
Looks like a lot of fun! Beautiful view as well 😮

Wow, that looks like the greatest of all days. Water as smooth as glass and no other human in sight. Amazing.
That color is sickkk

I got the First spark model 3up from several years ago, still love it!

This is very good, keep going!
🔥🔥 hard
i would be going 100 mph on that flat water
I like that design
Makes me remember when I had one. It get so boring real quick when you're riding solo... Nice background tho
Nice! We need more!
Imagine living in those mountains 🤌
Damn it............ your riding!!! Still too cold here :( 3 more weeks at least!
Haha yes since December! Although now getting too cold heading in to winter so time to put it away :'( you'll have a blast.
Dude out here doing things I only do in a dream😂😓
Pretty cool
Nice 💯💪🏽
Great video! Do you have a link for which chest mount you use? And does it fit around a life jacket good?

as if I couldn't miss NZ any more...
It's a toy!
Amazing video!!!
he rides it like a kid 😂
when you got your spark trixx styock did it come with a handle bar that could rise up and down.
Yes.
Dude ! I'm from Dunedin and head up to Queenstown often what boat ramp do you use to get to that spot? Or road. Its so stunning up there.
Lake face creek on the way to GY, ideally need a truck for launch but I managed with my subi 😆 worth checking out the islands!
here at 82 subs!
Bro the first 30 seconds looked like he was entering into story of a game
Beautiful lake ❤ Where is it located?
It in the Southern Lakes region. So specifically South Island of New Zealand near Queenstown its an amazing place.

Absolutely correct, slow moving in rough waters and you need to be solo. Makes for a fun and wet trip though!
Woah....what's your camera setup? do you run any fancy post-processing??
DJI osmo action 3, just filmed in 1080p on a chest mount!

You are supposed to go easy on it for the first roughly 3-5 hours. Check the owners manual it will tell you the proper way if you want the ski to last

2 up vs 3up ? Which should I get?
Now how do you do a 180 on a jet ski ?
How is wheelieing on a 3up? I’m picking one up this week.
It does fine just requires more effort. I can get it stood vertical to a point I almost fall back.
You can definitely feel that swim platform dragging, the 2up is definitely more nimble. Definitely requires a little bit more effort on the 3up but is still not bad
@@XplorerNZ good to know. I guess worst case I could just remove the extended swim platform.
Nice!! How much are these toys?
i’m thinking of buying the same one , how you like it so far ,?
No regrets, the most economical and playful jet ski you can buy! Only really good for one person though.
What is your trim set at to slide that much?
As flat as it can be, the weight has to be towards the bow to slide.
What spot is that
yeah😂
looks so fun i wanna try Lmao
90hp?
Correct.
Im sold. Sign me up
🙂
Küçük imiş yaww
did you take the sponsons off?
Nope, jet ski is stock.
@@XplorerNZ how do you power slide

How much is your Jetski
Strong enough to pull someone?
I have wakeboarded someone off the back, no spotter, pulled fine. The ski moves when they sling shot which is fun!
