I had the same problem, if you go to their FAQ and search cancel subscription they explain how. All I did was make sure I select the first profile created for shomi in the top right corner and then go through the process again. Hopefully if works for you.
I have needle trying that for long time. Called twice and saying the phone number I put doesn't match with their record. So the only way for me is to cancel my credit card. Or if any one else can help me with it is very welcome
