As a visitor to Las Vegas, I always thought that if I lived there this would be the neighborhood I would choose. Thanks for such a great video!

I was just in downtown Vegas visiting for a few days and encountered mentally ill homeless people wandering around screaming at the top of their lungs. 😂😂

Yes I mentioned that in the video that downtown has some issues with homelessness. Luckily they aren’t hanging out in the arts district as much.

Great video. Quick question. How is crime in this area? I ask simply because the area was always very sketchy. Has this dramatically changed?

This area has dramatically improved. “Naked City” on the edge of the arts district still has its issues but I could see that area improving also with all the money being poured in to the area. The revitalization was sparked by the late owner of Zappos and it hasn’t slowed down. With all the new luxury housing being built I don’t see the transformation slowing down any time soon. Seems to be the hot spot for investors.

@ Thanks for the reply. If current trends continue, the area will definitely be very desirable. Again, thanks for the reply

    I’m 52 years Vegas strong 💪🏽
These are wayyyy overpriced! It seems like this is a glorified picture of downtown. Drive down about 4 blocks East, then do a video on the real life of Vegas.

I shared in the video that I primarily focused on the Arts District. But I agree, there are definitely still alot of parts of downtown that aren't being invested in/have its issues.

Not in the Arts District. Downtown near Fremont… Yes lots of issues.

@@LasVegasOlgaMoreno Olga, I lived there in Vegas for many years. How is the Arts District somehow insulated from what happens in the crime ridden area, they're right there maybe a few blocks from one another.
