Since you posted this in June of 2022, in California, a home like these would average $5+Million, and that's
IF, IF, IF you can find one with a yard ANYWHERE NEAR the size of THESE YARDS! Goodness. Some of these
yards are as big as PARKS in California. In the Greater Bay Area, for $5-Million, all you would get is the house,
1/4 the lot, and a driveway to accommodate only 3 cars.

Is there an area with historic restored homes from 1800's to 1930's?

Great question... Not as early as 1800s -those would be more ethe warehouse spacea that have been restored and now commercial spaces and a very few condominiums developments. Early 1900s homes can be found in varying degrees of updates in a couple of the historic districts close into town( Germantiwn in East Nashville) Richland/central off West End 4squares and large cottages.
