Lots to consider when moving. I didn't think about leaving furniture or anything else. Thanks for the information.
There really is a lot!! It is too expensive to just pack everything and figure it out when you get to your destination; it is exhausting and too expensive!!

I will never understand how people don't just hoard all their boxes until they move again... at least in an apartment situation if you have a garage lmfao.
Bingo! People rarely have the space and honestly- who loves that often? The glue on boxes attract bugs... No thanks!

That would be a great idea if you have the space for it. However, I think you may well find that the glue in the boxes do attract bugs.
Don't know if you mean in a garage or what, but I live in an apartment and I haven't had any issues with bugs!! But I live in the freezing cold state of ND so we don't have books most of the time. @@LivingInNashvilleTennessee1
TN is not welcoming to any newcomers we are full and locals priced out go somewhere else or fix your own community instead of taking advantage of a low income state

Great question. Definately is still a seller's market since less than 1 month of inventory in prime locations. I do see less offers in multiple offer situations... ( Maybe 4-8 not 25) But if priced with comparable closed homes, pristine condition, well staged and professionally photographed , we are selling full value and fast.
I've had several pre-approved buyers need to reduce👇🏻our
" top home price" with the interest rate increase if they were pre-approved over 2 months ago
