As long as you can define the edge you want to deburr, as well as get access to cut it while avoiding collision, it should be possible to do.

Whenever I run multi-axis deburr the toolpath runs really jerky in the machine. Even the the linking moves. I don’t have this issue with swarf milling or surfacing with multi-axis unified. Any ideas what’s going on here?
