No, 3-18 is right answer of Ques no 4. The question is talking about whole school education. Pre-school is a stage of our new school education system. So it will also come under school education.

Hello these are two different things.
I also rechecked. This is the answer which I got. So these are two different things.
The aim must be for India to have an education system by 2040 with equitable access to the highest-quality education for all learners regardless of social or economic background.
The NEP 2020 lays down the

transformational reforms in
school and higher education
systems in the country. The new policy
targets a 100% Gross Enrolment Ratio
(GER) in school education in next 10
