Swinging away from the body is the one awareness that changed my game completely. Couldn't understand why I was struggling to get the proper release feels for the longest time so I had to extend early and do that fancy footwork to get out of the way. I know you address this in several videos but imo this concept is a FUNDAMENTAL that isn't talked about enough, especially when you see basically all the other advice online saying line up parallel and swing down the line with the ball forward or center for a draw...so thanks for addressing it in this video!
Hello Joe! My name is Munashe Masawi and I’m the head Kinesiologist for Wisdom and Golf! My suggestion for you regarding your question would use a weight between 10 to 20lbs for the medicine ball swings. As your train you will notice your kinetic chain getting stronger/faster in the swing. Always maintain a target to where you want the medicine ball to on the wall. This will to maintain a sound alignment with your finish in your the gold swing.
what a spectacular read on this swing. it is refreshing to see the good in it vs what the tv "experts" have to say. Was actually disappointed with Justin Thomas and his comments about Choi. Great stuff Shawn!
@@SanjuroCA he said (i'm paraphrasing ) that he was disappointed that Choi was getting a spot in the tourney and taking the place of another pro trying to earn a living. He was basically saying Choi was a gimmick so that is why he was in. Even if he thought it , he didn't need to say it imo.
His severely closed stance restricts forward hip rotation and since he needs to generate a lot of power he would probably injure himself by keeping his right foot on the ground!
Thanks for the video but I can't agree on the price for the alignment system. It isn't to much more than a laser level. The price is about 3 times what it is worth. Just another golf product way overpriced.
I'd love a day with you to sort my head out. Best golf channel by far!

Any plans to come to North Carolina or thereabouts? I can’t find the page on your website that lists the clinics. Maybe that’s gone away...
Will be there on Monday-Wednesday March 25-27 in Charlotte; I have just a couple spots left; email me directly at info@wisdomingolf.com asap!
Golf is whatever works to bring the birdies flying
What lb medicine ball is good for me to workout with. I am 42 and in good shape. I'm very athletic and 5'10" 175lbs

What did Justin Thomas say?

Thank you Chris! He sold a lot of tickets for them!
@@chrismitchell5496 Never liked Thomas and that's something he would say. Great player tho.

Great insight and correct! Thank you!

When I receive the product, trust me, we will make a full review!
