That was a lot of meticulous pruning on this tree. Looks great! You have done wonders with it so far. Spring growth, here it comes for this tree.

This tree has had an amazing transformation and is quickly becoming my 2nd favorite tree of yours...You know, the Birds Nest Spruce will always be my favorite...This one is developing that same humble yet striking visual appeal...I'll have to watch the playlist to watch its journey after this...Wish I knew how to get an audible alert with the notification, I almost missed your premier working in the kitchen...That would have been a sad way to start he day...As always, Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful family diner this evening...Sequim, WA...

I’ve just seen a cat passing by the tree twice… dejavù… the feeling to be in the matrix very strong!

Really liking the "flow" of this tree, and I agree with the possible new front at 37:25, it kind of gives more space between the main branches/trunk lines.

Hi. Nigel, I like the way you analyze the pruning of your trees bearing in mind you don't use any wire the styles are achieved organically through the way you see the future growth of all your trees. As for another car, when you are deeply into cars as my family is,a bit like bonsai you are always wanting more, as I am now in my eighties I have passed the passion to son, the car looks really good, the red interior looks remarkable for it's age, have fun sorting it out I think they are hard to come by at a reasonable price. All the best for the future Nigel. Joe.

Hi Nigel. I love your videos. They are very informative. Just wanted to know, I know this falls out of your norm, could you please do a video on bonsai tool care.

The Abarth looks great...Looking forward to future updates on its new life with Saunders boys working on it...I think 'The Auto Zone' still might work for the title of a new RUclips channel where you work on your car collection...

Just curious if a wind swept design would benefit from being tipped up towards the sky to encourage that directional growth.

There was a guy on youtube trying to do this with a bald cypress... he was trying to do a cascade style... he put it in the jug and hung it upside down...I wonder if he was successful..

Would the position of the tree in relation to the sun help in creating the windswept style?

Hard decisions to make on the design of this one. Hopefully you can get more cascade branching growth.

Hi Nigel. I have a Sabina Juniper very Similar like your. But the branches have very little back buds.
So i cant work on it this Spring to style it
What shuld i do to get back buds ? I pruned the branch tips in mid Autumn and use Cutokinin spray
What else i can do to get back buds faster ?
What i should do and when. Now we just entered Winter and the temperature is 7 Celcius above zero
So what would you suggest Nigel ?
