You were tucked in nicely behind a couple of my club mates - in the purple and pink delta singlets. I end up running alongside you at 33:45 into this in the white long sleeve and trail vest 😂 Great running 🫡
My Garmin was out by 300m for the entire course. Glad to see that you were out by roughly the same. I think they measured the course wrong. I think it was in the first K.
@@njs_gc I was using Stryd on that day, my watch data is different with the video, I don’t know why and still can’t fix it. Stryd was measured my running 42.16km plus around 40m to start line. I think my watch less 100m but still acceptable.
@@uras1 I started my watch at the start line like everybody else and within the first 5k it was out by 300. I hit the 5k mark on my watch 300m before marker. It remained roughly the same until the finish. Every single event I have done including 6 different Parkrun courses my watch has come up short. That make sense because sometimes your watch will miss a ping from the satellite. This is the first time my watch has been over. 😵💫

the course is certified, if you dont follow the tangents you'll always run extra.
