Angella your quietness is trouble for viewers,we don't if your intentions are good or bad. Hopefully Vince will clear it up..😮😮😮 tonite on Saturday Creature Feature.
I am enjoying the nostalgia of the old school made for TV movie horror. This one is pretty decent from 1973, story written by Robert Bloch (Psycho), also an homage of sort to horror classic "Cat People" 1942. The screen art is terrific.
Your channel is so much fun to watch. I also have enjoyed the selection of spooky films too. I'd like to request the movie "The Devil's Daughter" 1973, which was an ABC Movie of the week. It stars Shelly Winters, Belinda Montgomery, and Jonathan Frid.
Keep up the wonderful job of creature features! It took me a moment to get use to this new format but I do find myself loving it! Thank you all for so much super duper hard work. You prove every day that it's about talent and hard work pay off.
Snowflake is a town in Navajo County, Arizona, United States. It was founded in 1878 by Erastus Snow and William Jordan Flake, Mormon pioneers. Snowflake is 25 miles south of Interstate 40 via Highway 77. The Apache Railway provides freight service.
It's nice at 43:08 that we hear the voices on the tape recorder speed up during rewind despite the fact the play button isn't activated. I've seen that mistake in other movies too. Overall though this is a decent movie with good acting. I'm surprised no one has mentioned that Gale Sondergaard tried out for the Wicked Witch of the West before being replaced by Margaret Hamilton. Both actresses continued working right up into the early 80's & both died just months apart from each other in 1985.
There's no way I'm going to count down to Halloween without some Vincent, Tangela, and Livingston. Besides its my birthday month so I can do what I want. Interesting guest, great movie, and my 3 favorite horror eccentrics. Nice to see Baxter earning her chops anong seasoned pros, talented woman from her beginnings apparantly. Oh, and for handsome Mr Herrera, the empathy required to create art always lends to good vibrations and peace. I'm in Santa Cruz, where's his place? Would love to go.
I just found this movie out of curiosity & it's very good as is. I ddn't think that I'd enjoy this much for a 70's movie. I don't know why I actually do like this movie, but it made it to my list of movie options on my collection 😎
Love this movie! I remember watching it when it came out! I remembered that Meridith Baxter Birney was the scary mummy but forgot the hilarious reveal of the actress spray tanned half to death with those gorgeous dentally perfect teeth and the Egyptian outfit. Marvelous special effects with the cats peeling away the beauty right down to the crumbly mummy. I do wonder about the casting of two men with similar appearances and voices. That was odd. But great fun.
Saw this movie back then in 1973 on ABC when movies were made for television. Great chiller and especially Leonard Rosenman music for this movie. He's one of my top ten composers for soundtrack music (from 976-CREOLEMAN).
I liked this one: it was very 1970's for the most part, but then it had a surprising plot twist. But what I am particularly curious about: how did the makers get the cats to storm the appartment?
The cat goddess Basset came from the people Their cuddly cats killed the snakes, mice and rats. So the children could survive another day! Dogs had individual names in a family. But every cat was "MEOW" across Egypt and loved.
What's interesting is that this movie came out the same year as The Exorcist. Imagine if you're used to these kinds of horror movies and then walking into that movie. No wonder people were so freaked out.
Oh man! I remember seeing this with my family when it came out. I’d have been around six. It was a, “made for TV” movie correct? Forgive me I didn’t watch the entire introduction.
🎃🏆...a very entertaining Picture...from start🐈⬛ to satisfying finish💀...has a real 70's guest stars "Kolchack the night Stalker" vibe to it...a Halloween Treat...not a Trick..
Those were Meredith Baxter and David Hedison also in movie Stuart Whitman played Police Lt. Marco, Peter Loore Jr. as Pawn broker, John Carradine as Hotel Clerk, Keye Lukue as Joe Sung and Gale Sondergaard as Hester Black.
"Vampire Cat" seems incongruous! After sinking miniscule fangs into a human neck, how many hours would it take to "lap up" five quarts of blood, if a cat could(!) swallow 5q of anything? And how do cat-vampire victims end up dead, if "she" can give "Eternal life" to her victims?😊 🎉😂❤😂🎉
The actors must have played the script VERY convicingly, that they inspired you to ask such questions! (I just thought it was a fantasy/ horror story ...)
Dear god... i remember this movie from when i was a little kid! i use to watch Voyage to the bottom of the sea and thought, Hey thats the guy who plays Capt Crane. do you also have that movie with Patty Duke where she turns into a giant spider? i think it was called the black widow or something.
Hi I have a question? Since you Vincent have been in a band did you create the theme song and or do the singing in it? Just wondering I found this on U tube and I’m enjoying the movies very much Hi to Livingston and Trangela ❤😊

"Creature Features" in October! We were mad for this! Thank you to everyone at The Mansion!
This movie is so good!!!! Very high on the creep factor... From an era when TV movies had the guts to scare you!!!
Your description makes me excited to see this!!!!
These days, the only gut that scares me is my own...🫤

I'm rewatching Tales from the Crypts and then will watch this tonight while I continue to decorate for Halloween and bake pumpkin bread!

Awesome Creature Feature with Vincent, Tangella and Livingston. Cool movie "The Cat Creature".
Thanks!
If Vincent price was still alive I think he would of loved to be a guest on the show..
That would've been great.
We've had his daughter Victoria on prior.
@@CreatureFeatures3 That show was awesome!
I have to look that one up. just picked up his apple shuriken head kit from back then love it..
Excellent made for tv 📺 early 70’s horror movie 🎥 🍿.
Much better than last night’s film.
Woo Hoo! I’m getting Caught up to date with MY FAVORITE YT CHANNEL ❤❤❤❤❤ I think I have a crush on Livingston .
Grew up in 70s but i didn't know TV movies were any good and had such great casts until I found Creature features.
Only cats and cat people can save us now

I am watching this from Romania 🇷🇴 maybe a different hour here when this will start 😅
Decent flick, 🐈⬛ handsome guest, and fantastic hosts. Many thanks, Creature Features. 💕

This is the best classic fantasy mystery horror movie ever🐈⬛🧛♀🖤🖤🖤
I enjoy the shlock market quite a bit.... This is a treasure. Is 1973 really " vintage " ? " Guest stars " in a movie ?
Oh come on 3/10 have a look at John Carpenter's "the thing" that will have you squirming in your seat :}
Strange ho the made for tv movies they made back. Then , are much better than the first release trash that you pay to see today. 😮
Great movie! Thank you!❤❤
I remember watching this movie on TV, but I didn't know the name of it at the time. Thank you for uploading it to RUclips.
