ASMR Sleep Therapy for People Who Want to Fall Asleep in a Dark & Warm Room

- In this special ASMR sleep therapy, I will try to relax and put you to sleep with various methods. A wonderful, dark and warm room will be waiting for you with layered sounds, massage, POV, hand movements and fireplace sounds.
I created this special session with the sleep therapy parts I took from my previous videos. So yes, this is a compilation video. And I tried to combine them in the most logical and comforting way possible and make them more useful with timestamps. We can call it a kind of sleep therapy archive. I think you will like it too!
I usually try to add such sleep therapy parts to the end of each of my videos. Because no matter what the content is, I like to prepare a completely relaxing and cozy room concept at the end and I find it very helpful for your sleep quality.
In this special compilation you will find yourself lying on your bed, looking up, looking straight at me, or watching my assistant dummies. So you will taste every aspect of sleep! Sounds great doesn't it?

I've never listened to asmr with soft humming or shushing before and I wish I had sooner. This is so soothing and any time my mind wanders I get lulled back to reality by it.

This made me fall into a coma-like sleep and have super vivid dreams (in color!). At one point I was talking to you so loud in my sleep I woke myself up😂😂😂 No idea what I was saying. Very effective video. 😂 Highly recommend.

@@Hysterii I mean... Not always. Usually it's kinda muted colors and gray scale. This one was lots of vivid colors. Most people don't have vivid colors in their dreams. If you do then you are rare and should learn to astral project as it will be easier for you.
