I am not sure about that I'll check for it also. Meanwhile the main issue is the api_64 dll file is restricted and being deleted by the windows defender so, you have to keep that in whitelist of windows defender

It might be the specs of your PC that is stopping the game to load? Does your pc have enough ram and a good graphics card?
