Thanks! The 3rd option worked for me! My documents were on queue and when i would go to cancel the print jobs, it just had a loading circle and wouldn't let me click on anything.

Fourth option, if all those trick don't work, uninstall the printer driver and then reinstall.

It works but some times you get the file still in use so it cant stop error. No chance when that happen just restart it and it will fix itself
