This are the things we need to see when we wake up every morning not politics that we see
True
We need to reclaim our country back from those politicians
sure,thumps up
Kenyan politics is toxic. At least seeing something positive from Chamwada is like new breath of life.
Less politics/bickering on breakfast shows and more development news
Where are those Kenyans who like complaining all the time ,,, I wish chams channel could delete every hateful comments ,,, this country *needs* some positivity
They can never miss to be there that's how they think don't mind them
For real.
the government already failed the original project , this is just a skeleton left , check out the original investors from 2013 " The local firms setting up at the Sh26 billion project include Safaricom, Wananchi Online, Kemri, Kari, the University of Nairobi, the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and the Nairobi Hospital.
Foreign concerns include the fast-growing Chinese Huawei Technologies, Korea electronics giant Samsung and Telemac of the US. Research In Motion (RIM) of Canada, the makers of the Black Berry phone, are also interested according to Information permanent secretary Bitange Ndemo.
Others are Google, Craft Silicon, Telemax Technology Corporation of Taiwan and Shapoorji Pallonji Group from India.
It is understood that US plane maker Boeing and courier firm Fedex are being courted to set up operations at the city where the government is shortly set to invest billions of shillings on infrastructure. The US corporates pulled out over land acquisition challenges." now its just a shell
@@williamwatitwa3534 Luk at dis guy ,,,,🙄😏 You expect me to stop my work and read a whole story book of complaining 😝 ,,,,,, brah ,,,, I'd rather read the BBI

Chamwada should be celebrated during this Mashujaa Day....
Amen
Watching good stuff like this is so therapeutic considering how toxic the mainstream media and politics is
Wow! On behalf of CHAMS Media team, thanks
the main media is so filled with negativity. I bought a smart-tv box and internet to keep watching such content. I love seeing the brighter side over the negatives.
It's good to see that this project is still going on
This the Kenya we need, progressive and innovative, Siasa kando

How I wish this could be 445k views in one hour.... Kudos Alex
We will reach there! Thanks
Wish so too,but sad Kenyans are busy or lost on gossip and political content.
Kenya are busy searching what one politician said about the other fithy rich politician said who has a mansion a broad, his kids study abroad. And live in a smart city abroad.
The only place that makes me proud of kenya
Alex chamwada you are a shujaa, I hope the president will give you state recommendation. Great job always positive news.
Many thanks for the feedback and your prayers. It is all from the team at CHAMS Media
Great job..i wish the media can be doing or showing kenya's progress like you instead of following these politicians who just run their mouths from Sunday to Sunday

Alex, today, I'll give you the first thumbs up. I hope you don't view my critical comments on the other videos in a negative light. We are all working towards a better Kenya for all of us. Konza Technopolis will be a game changer for Kenya. Technology is the way to go.
Wow! Nice to hear that. We will keep doing our bit and thanks for watching
@@Chwamwada Welcome my brother. Kindly consider doing a series on how public transport in the cities can be enhanced through light rail, metro system and high capacity buses for decongestion of our urban areas the way they do it in Europe. Kenya is now a lower middle income economy. We better act and do things as one. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Please do another episode to keep your subscribers up to date on this interesting project. The views and comments speak for themselves.
If it's going to succeed then it's gonna boost our economy in a bigger way coz right now nairobi it's so crowded and we nid another city like this in many county.
True
tatu city is already up and running , and the 47 counties are infact samll cities -after 20 years of devolution from today we chall be talking of atleast 47 mega towns in kenya all we need to do is proper planing in each of the county hq's.
I first saw this in Turkey and I was amazed, so happy to see Kenyans are slowly normalizing the water recycling which would help with our water shortages. Thanks Chams for showcasing this investment.
GREAT WORK!! KONZA TECHNOPOLIS 👍👍Great Work Chamwanda👍👍
I hope we get to achieve this and other projects our country has set to do.
It is doable
Good job. We are going far.
This is encouraging,,,,, since some thought it's a white elephants
Sometimes we don't believe ourselves. We need to start believing ourselves.
That's true.
Something our TV stations will never show. Politics is more important to them
but chamwadas program is on ntv stop the blatant ignorance
@@kevint3322 kimani is right our local TVs stations love politics
Great job, hope more money is pumped into this project to speed up work.
My prayers too. Some of the billions lost in the counties should be channeled here.
If the politicians and their relatives stop stealing
Deserves an applause. Lots I thanks to all efforts.
We appreciate for your updates, many thanks and may God keep you going 🙏
My take at least there seems to be an agreement that this is not a white elephant. Kudos to the goverment hope the private sector will take up there expected activities.
I understand there is great demand for space there
May God bless konza works

Thumbs up brother
I love you journalism...it's legit.
Same
We have very good things in kenya but our media are obsessed with politics.
I agree
If i will ever be the most powerful person in kenya...i will ban any form of politics, any broadcasting channel that airs politics, political parties....The only thing we need to hear is what we have done in the last months, Embrace agriculture, welcome developments....since some people can’t survive without politics or violence i believe there is change in a bullet..be prepared to meet your maker...dawa ya moto ni moto si maombi..NONSENSE
Yeah it's like we eat politics.. I'll never vote again.
We just need a balance
@@george_kimani word am also tired of so called politicians 😂😂😂😂
@@Chwamwada Brother we are tired of politics if you ever meet the president again tell him. Some of us never vote. We live in a politically chaotic country. Politics is a big shame to our nation. We need developments and more jobs
Thanks for the info..👍👌
Nice....yet some will say Konza is a white elephant
Wacha waongee
We are used to them
Waambie wenye macho hawaambiwi tazama
anybody who actually saw the city being lauched years ago should be fogiven for thinking its a white elephant , because it has taken soo long for anyhting to start happening their even the main building took over 5 years to complete , konza implementing authority just moved in this year . inverstors who were willing to put in money gave up , an example was korean institue which was to build a university years ago they dropped of , a germany company too was to invest in it but drop of because of the slow progres. only people who knew about konza the other day will clap their hands in admiration but people who have been following it since it was launched know that so much has been lost that their is nothing to celebrate about .
@@williamwatitwa3534 Ndo hawa wameingia lol
Nice thought to start and focus on water management, wastage nd sewer this are mistakes we learnt from Nairobi city..we deserve another city out of Nairobi
Congrats team Chamwanda.... 💯💯
Thank you
I love your content man...
Thank you
Very good expo by Alex but it should be a race against time
Thank you for the correction
Bravooo 😊😊
My friend county officials do not go abroad to benchmark. They go for shopping esp.to buy beer.
I have not had the advantage of perusing the detailed developmental master plan of Konza Metropolis.. but I hope the entire project's intention is not the development of an exclusively GEEKS or NERDS only modern City without taking into consideration the provision of infrastructure facilities re residential and dwellings and other necessary services for ORDINARY WENYEINCHI who will provide services which are not necessarily IT. If these are not factored then we are looking at a situation of the development of unplanned developments mushrooming right at the very gates of the Konza IT hub..... Note there are already interesting market centers coming up right within the approaches of Konza..In India smart IT hub conclaves do have normal- India starting and ending right at their gates. The EPZ's models never took on board that the labour force would require to be housed and need other necessary services.... hence the rapid and helter skelter development we see today in the Kitengela environments of Athi River and the surrounding area!
Well done 👍
I wish I would be here even for an internship as a graduate in water and environmental engineering, CHAMS help
Very true! Our universities should be involved in these multinational contracts for learning and internships.
Too good to be true for Kenyans
Well its true
Our main media should focus on this too rather than politics
The problem for the media is, educative, innovative, progressive and very important news like this don't sell. Kenyans have been conditioned by our looting politicians that the only news that matters is politics. That's why campaign start the next day after elections. The culture has to change.
Was wondering the same thing also..they always feed us on political nonsenses
Mr.Chamawada could you please cover the progress of the Sala Gate road
Great move. Put down roads, street lights, freeways, canals, water hydrants. Investors will scramble for a slice of konza
visit tatu city and give us an update too . good work.
Noted, thanks
I can’t wait for it to be finished I’m tired of Nairobi 😂😂😤😤
Watching
I hope it won't stall again due to politics, we have actively entered into campaign mode!🙄
Hope for konza
Very soon 15yrs from now it will ready and running chams media keep them on toes we in this journey pamoja.. Together as Opportunitic Postive Minded Kenyas.. Lets change our Country OurFuture Our Life
Proud kenyan
Kenya media would rather stitch us to politics 24/7, other than airing such an amazing development.
politics sells
@charles they need views unfortunately
It's progressing but it's behind schedule..
As long as it's moving let's hope it will be finished successfully. This was Kibaki legacy was supposed to continue from 2013 but due to theft and political consideration projects was temporarily left but thanks now it's moving
@@talent2437 let hope there's the political goodwill. Without that it will be a white elephant. Let us push the relevant people to accomplish this
Better late than never
I think I start investing in the slums in Nairobi because I can imagine in 20 years it will be expensive and who knows how prices will hike or even in the downtown, Nairobi will probably be expensive as London or munich cities like krokow in Poland in the early 90s they were cheep if you see now.
this a great project
I have gone through 8.4.4 and yet this project is not done what is going on??
This deserves Jerusalema dance 💃
Race against time with 300 people only?. This project is gonna take longer. There are so many Kenyans who are jobless. There should be more manpower than 300.
300 is for the waste water management facility only. There are over 1,000 workers on site.
@@Chwamwada okay. Magnificent
Yani building like 2 sewage treating sites in our major cities, especially Nairobi ni ngumu? 🤦🏾♂️..
Huyu CS is delusional pia.. Fix Nairobi on a macro level and our vital utilities kwanza!
Konza has nothing to do with Nairobi. Ambia gavana wa Nairobi ajenge Nairobi.
i see inspector moraa there Nagokwanirie ,onye egasi kere abwo gwateba
Wow Spinicah congrats for the achievement in this sector
Noonde aiga
Ok!
Who is investing this mostly
The goverment or private forigner companies
Wako wapi wale watu walikuwa wanadoubt?

Whenever I think about my Uganda 🇺🇬 tears just roll down my cheeks 😭😭😭 while other countries are moving forward for us we are literally just surviving no progress just looking to what the day offers our leader made the country his retirement home.
sad
Politicians wazuiliwe wasiende kupiga siasa huko
It's OK but partner with Chinese for it to move fast no USA
We should just get used to saying the best in Kenya as opposed to region, we don't want unhealthy competitions
Investers rushed t6 Tatu city first because it's near Nairobi, now it's full and complete. Wait in 5 years time konza will be a hotcake
Way behind schedule ever since Kibaki launched it Uhuru goverment abandoned and failed to follow up. By now it should be 50% complete
It's a marathon . Goal ilikuwa 2030 bado 10 years alafu city haiwezi jengwa bila investors
It stalled for some time till I think 2018/19. Check Chamwadas other video on Konza.
@@kibetkeiyo You attract investors by building roads, sewers, water connectivity and power. They should have done that earlier the place would be flooding with investors.
@@jdoe9987 yeah bro that is what i mean the current government abandoned such an ambitious project now after staying in power its when they realised what Kibaki intentions really were.
Kibaki never launched it have your facts right.
IJENGWE HARAKA TUHAMIE HUKO NAIROBI IMEKUWA TOO MUCH.
Lol these people are so bad at acting. They tell people to wear uniforms (which are all brand new and clean), stand in the background and pretend to do work. Those ladies are just standing there, those men pretend to hammer something. The inspector is measuring nothing and she doesn't even sound like she knows what she's talking about. This is so bad, 8 years later
What have you done to konza is a private investment gorvement is infrastructure. Silicon valley was not build by gorvement it was build by smart people like Gates.
Works at konza started 2019 ,before that, nothing tangible was happening ....the project was being underfunded
Konza city needs high skylines and good roads
Good roads (phase 1) will be complete by April 2022
@@kelvinjim9537 it’s 2022, are they complete?
President Kibaki launched it 2009. What happened?
Rome wasnt built in day. Its not easy building an entire city especially in a country full of corruption. For example, A lot of planning has to go into the whole process and unfortunately things are slowed down by government bureaucracy. Fortunately, they are laying the groundwork, major infrastructure and re trying to attract investors. The beauty of this project is that it is built on a major corridor. If you have doubts on whether Konza will work, just look at Kitengela. It started in the middle of nowhere and is one of the fastest growing towns in the country. Also look at the chinese people that are settling near the area. So many of them, which makes me think that they know something the common mwananchi doesnt know.
@@De1Litto Look at Tetu city. It was not launched by Kibaki. Kamwana came launched it and executed it. Am just wondering.
Under funding , nothing has been happening until 2019
