Hey guys, so cool to see a conversion of the same model as my van. The level of detail and tech is insane it makes mine feel so basic and primitive. All the best with your build and look forward to future episodes. All my best Rob
I doubt your invertor will be enough to supply the oven and underfloor heating , also the diesel heater does not look well positioned but other than that nice job
nice conversion, would say water tank is way way to big, you realise when that full it will nearly be quarter of a ton on one side of your vehicle, plus with all the timber etc thats a lot of weight and diesel you will burn!
Great video guy’s I’ve subscribed to you as I am looking forward to seeing how you get on with your build. Interesting idea, the electrics and an electric oven!! I’m sure you’ve done your calculations :) what mains cable are you using for your sockets and appliances? Looks like 2.5 twin and earth, is it? Do reassure me it’s not solid core! Difficult to tell on the video. Thanks for posting it, best of luck :)
We thought the same at the start but when you are in the van it feels so high already and storage wise we should have plenty after finishing the garage . Thank you so much for the sub 🤩🤩🤩
anything with heat and electric is power-hungry hence why they don't generally put electric ovens or underfloor heating in a van, make sure you have plenty of 12 volt and usb sockets to charge stuff, use your laptops via a 12-volt charger (get one off amazon or ebay) rather than 240, it makes no sense to pull a load of power from your batteries through your inverter to 240 volts, then to charge a phone that only needs 5 volts or a laptop @ 16-19volts
Flying Munkeh thanks for the feedback we have got 12 volt throughout the van for phones mostly only use the 240 for the oven , the under floor heating and the fridge plus Occasionally to charge cameras and laptops . Hopefully when we get on the road we will see we’re things need upgrading and we can make some changes . Thank you for the follow 👍🏼💪🏼🚐
Great tour. Thank you. Please may you give more details on the marine table leg? It looks like just the sort of thing I would like to use in my build.
I like it, lots of ideas for my next bigger van build, Subscribed !
Nice video, hopefully the van will look great when it's finished, so far it looks good tho. :-)
We did finish it it’s on our instagram to see
Seen someone use a dishwasher slide out tray as a under the counter storage for utensil draw
Hey, we are mates on instagram. Nice video. What a nice van to live in. 3 times bigger than our SWB lol subbed, like to see more soon

Electric oven? In a van? You'll need a few more of those batteries. Nice conversion.
Thank you , yes we have done the calculations and all should be fine fingers crossed 🤪
a trick : watch movies at InstaFlixxer. Been using them for watching loads of movies these days.
@Van Anthony definitely, been watching on instaflixxer for years myself =)

Antonia Bradley yes Thank you so much for the sub yes we are using twin and earth to a control panel from a hybrid inverter
@@TheDailyWilde Oh...it's not solid core is it?
No it’s 3 core
So double insulated wires if that’s what you were thinking
The Daily Wilde no, I was thinking of the copper cores within the wires, are they solid or stranded?
Nice love the table/day bed,, only thing i would of done is put the bed higher for more room in garage ,,, NEW SUB
