I have never used a juicer in my life...And, after seeing this video, I never will. That looked like way too much effort and way too much mess. Enjoyed watching your attempts! 😊
I can't believe how many oranges is needed for a glass of orange juice. Crazy!!! So much sugar, too. I'm on the fence about the juicer. I love how small it is, but I don't like to clean!!!
Blendjet…so small you can put in a tote bag and make smoothies without the mess you experienced. No, it’s not a juicer but making smoothies is a breeze. And cocktails 😅
I made the mistake of using thawed out fruit and pouring it into a measuring cup. It came out too clumpy. Next time, I'll feed the tube one piece at a time.
The best way to fix kale is to smear oil the bottom of the pan, add kale and then scrape it into the trash. The oil insures there is no kale left in the pan!😋
@ there’s a travel size (1.5 gallon). And a GoBerkey that is 1 quart!! the travel size uses the same size filters as the other Berkey sizes but I’m not sure on the court size if you can get both regular filtration and fluoride filters for
Oh my! Berries aren’t the best choice for juicing; better to blend or just eat them. Plus, they’re too expensive to waste their good fiber like that. In fact, don’t juice most fruits alone unless you want a straight shot of sugar, especially the orange juice! It’s not remotely healthy and will spike your blood sugar. Juice mostly greens, cucumber, celery, etc., and add a little bit of fruit or carrots for sweetness.
OH! Good to know!!!! I actually do not eat a lot of fruits. A banana here and there and maybe some kiwi. I really want to try the cucumber. I'll work on some veggies. I had these frozen packets of protein mixes in my freezer. That's what I used on this one. Thanks so much for the advice!!!! Love it!
Yeah, good to know. One of the recipes included with the juicer was for green apples and kiwi. I can't imagine putting chopped apples through this little thing.
You ask who wants to travel with a big blendsr ?
Me. Me, me and my Vita Mix ! Use it every day...
👍 Rock on 🙂.
Let me guess . . . you have a big blender? I can't believe people travel with those big berkeys.
You'd beleave it if love a big green smoothie every morning 😉.
@@mythicalnomadadventure969 I tried some protein powder with kale and it was awful. I need some good recipes.
I do love how you continue to get cool gadgets to review. I would buy premade mixes or at least half of it. OJ looks good though! 💕
It actually was a premade mix that was frozen. I'm just messy. I need to prep better!
That’s alot to go through. Healthy, but if it takes too much time, and messy also… lol. orange juice looked really yummy 😋
It's a lot of work for someone like me. I'd rather eat a banana.
love some fresh juice
I KNOW!!!! I have to try more recipes!

OMG!!!! LOL! I tried kale in another smoothie a month ago. NASTY!!!!
Looks and sounds yummy…. But the skin is where soo many nutrients are. I have a hand juicer for citrus, my vitamix blender….. and my berkey… lol
It was a lot of work for a little juice! I need a berkey. I hope they sell a mini one. Those things are so big!

Sorry clean up was pain. 😢
The actual pieces were easy to clean. It's the mess I make around the juicer. LOL!
This is only good for greens !

To messy for me.
I make a mess opening up a bottle of water.
Hard no. Just get a blender. The fiber is good for you. Too much clean up. Definitely not van worthy .
I really love the size and portability of the juicer! I have a feeling I'm going to make a huge mess though.
