I bought it yesterday and here are some good tips for you guys that are wondering whether you should buy it. The original is more rich and creamy, while the new parfum is more light and airy. I have both and I've done a side by side, by far, I'd much rather prefer the original. The new one is really light, for example the original from 1-10 it's a 9 for me in how rich it is, the new parfum it's a 3 in richness. The original is a very dark leather with a nice spice of cardamom and that very sweet floral jasmine (which is AMAZING). The new one is light and more fresh than the original. But both are good because it has almost the same dna!
Enjoy watching your link ups with your bro in law and love the blooper bits at the end.. had me giggling too 🤣... moving on to the Ombre Leather, I have the EDP and I love it but I don't think I will be rushing to buy the parfum , so far, the reviews I have seen and read don't rate it any better than the EDP .which means I save some pennies for those vital others 😏
This double take on this particular fragrance is really appreciated! 💞 I really need to keep an eye on this one, as the edp is a cardamom bomb on my skin: I like it but I'd like something more refined from a leather fragrance!
My guess is that Lauder saves on $$$ not having to dye the label black. It's the new trend. H24, Sauvage Elixir, they're all going to dollar store bottles. Meanwhile, indie and middle eastern fragrances are constantly improving their presentation. There's definitely a power shift happening. Appreciate the impressions guys! I’m very late to the comments but let’s get this straight, it’s absolutely gorgeous. Wearable in many occasions and circumstances, 10/10 a signature scent for me.
Where did you get yours from ? I got a tester sent to me by post of OLP when I bought some private blend from John Lewis. Loved it went to buy it from my local John Lewis and tested it first and it smelt totally different, weaker and less sweater and didn’t buy it.

Tuscan Leather Intense is so under rated; I’ve been harping on about Ombré Leather since it was originally released in 2016 but I’ll take the chance on a blind buy of the Parfum 👌

For me, I thought the parfum would've added a boozy touch with maybe a rum note, or some resins. But then I totally get why they went with the iris and violet, for the mass appeal and a bit more versatile.
Very nice perfume, and I agree on the packaging. This perfume is quite expensive, so the white cheap looking label is just inappropriate. It is a pity because the bottle is so dark, so I believe it can be placed in a nicely lit spot in the bedroom or living room.
The perfume is less harsh on leather then the edp. More smooth. More gentle in a good sense. More wearable. And I do think non cloying sweetness which the EDP version was a bit. The switness is more croud pleasing and actually to me the dry down is more rounded with better mire aproachable switness then the edp and even a bit ozonic / airy which is an added bonus . This one could be worn all day - All seasons to my taste . All ocasions . Very versitile. The edp was more limited regarding versatility.

The greeness in the drydown is since it has green tobacco. It resembles lavender but it is less heavy then lavender . Reminds the dry down of polo green regarding the tobacco but much much toned down . Nice you have picked it.
I can find the Tom ford leather frags a little too strong. Tried Ferragamo intense leather this week and it's much more toned down leather with a fresh vibe . The Mrs seemed to love it and she typically hates leather frags. Great review as always , I see the UK summer is in full swing outside the window 💦
My missus got me ombre leather edp for my birthday, its really nice, drydown is nice, lasts really well, and half the price of tuscan leather , I sometimes put a squirt inside my leather Thruxton bike jacket, even the odd squirt in the car. Really nice stuff, getting the feeling it will be lovely in autumn. Nice review.
I have a newish bottle of Ombre leather it lasts 5 hours tops. The Tom ford sales lady said it doesn't last anymore.... unfortunately the parfum is almost exactly the same but longevity is a slight bit longer.. the iris note is barely perceptible. So I don't really find this a need to buy or even a good release.
Black label, edp has stronger more prominent tobacco to me. that's the only difference I notice. Parfum just smells like a high-quality leather/lambskin jacket with a floral touch.
Both are good but I preferred the original one it is more sexy, sharper, dark lether and spicy but I thought the perfume after hour smells more floury and lighter in general.
Am on the second bottle, went fast through a 50ml one and bought 100ml... The surprising thing about it is that it may turn into something unique and beautiful 😍 it's sooo... rich! A full smell like nothing is missing.... Can be polarising but good things usually are... I love ot and it's in par with Sauvage Elixir as quality!
I have Parfum, I work in hospitality. I changed my fragrances frequently. I wore it today, today is very warm Summer day in Brighton. I work in the hotel, quite few people complimented me, some even come up and asked me what scent is it.
Went to the office for the first time in over a year today to pick something up and had a sample of Ombre Leather laying on my desk. Put it on and now wishing I hadn't. I just don't like the leather smell. I love the Oud Wood by Tom Ford, but I'm not a fan of Ombre Leather.
It's sweet and pleasant, oversprayed to see if I get bad reactions... 0! Everyone loved it and didn't notice my abuse 😂 Sonia Constant did a FANTASTIC JOB on this one and it will ensure her name in Parfumeur's Hall of Fame! Pure Bliss!

And I honestly was disappointed with ombre leather parfum where I was expecting something more than the normal ombre leather (which smells fantastic!) however how it smells on my skin is just leather.. think those cheaper leather belts with the “genuine leather” stamp indented on them, ombre leather parfum smells like the inner side of those belts to my nose on my skin.. it made my tummy felt empty.. sighhh Edit: it does smells more leather than normal ombre leather just not as perfumy as normal ombre leather.. and the black bottle with the square white center reminds me of a gent in a tuxedo.. lol
Easiest way I can describe the new ombre leather is a brand new wallet with a few Parma violets stuffed into it... (I think maybe only UK viewers will know what I mean! 😂)

Not tried it yet but il stick to the original that I own & im a guy in my 50s regarding the bottle, my F@#%¥€ Fab bottle has the white tag & it really grows on you so not much of an issue in my opinion.
The original ombre leather smells too much like a pair of leather shoes for me to want to wear, I don't know I guess I just don't want to smell like a pair of tennis shoes lol.
Smells good at first then begins to smell like Cigarettes 🚬 smoke and Drugs. Whereas Tuscan Leather Smells like Cigarettes 🚬 smoke and drugs on the first sprays with a hint of something that smell good. Decent but not for everyone.

Edp is just better than the parfum...calling it refined to me is almost just justifying the price spent on it...it is more linear and about as deep as a puddle. I expected waaay more from a Tom Ford parfum concentrate..
The 'Mass/Mass appealing/Massive' wordplays in the comments are always cringe inducing. Lol. I laugh at those super played out comments. That being said, the amount of time you guys have killed it doing videos could be considered as a Massacre.

I think it's white bcs it contains iris, iris is typically associated with the color white just like vetiver is associated with green

Exactly! The original is much more creamy and deep. The new one when I wore it kind of made me sad that it was very light.
To me this is “Black Orchid” layered or mixed with “Ombré Leather”… Nuff Said. 😎
